Booking was easy, quality of food and room/services were also good, overall an enjoyable stay.

Some trouble paying. This was a gift from my daughter and when she called to pay the outstanding balance she was emailed with a third party payment form and emailed it back but when we checked out we were told that the email and form had not yet been looked at and I was told that it would probably just be taken off her card that she used to pay the deposit with. We are quite concerned that she will be charged twice.

Central position. Clean and friendly.

I did like very much the interior design differing from the other Radissons that I visited - much more colorful and cosy. The restaurant served very well prepared food and the gym was well equipped.

I have noticed that my room was not cleaned properly (the carpet was not hoovered on he daily basis and the bathroom was also not cleaned as it should have been). There was a problem with the organization of the room service stuff - when I ordered a meal to be brought to my room I had to call back a couple of times and I still did not received whatI wanted because of the member of the stuff who did not come that evening to his job and who was responsible for the cooking after the opening hours of the restaurant.
