Very friendly staff! Also at the reception, they were of great help! Water of the pool was fine, food was good for All Inclusive - enough choice and also - again - very helpful and friendly staff... There was a lot of entertainment, but mostly French and a it felt a bit orientated on the elderly (main audience) - so we did not understand/joined, but that was also fine... They started to speak English when they noticed that there were also Dutch and Germans - so that was actually a very nice thing to do. And, our last days were during the Corona Crisis, what I loved is that they tried to keep people informed with small newsoverviews and everybody did their best to help.

... We had pests in the room, but staff stayed calm and quickly came to the rescue and kept on checking (!) - many thanks for that :) And importantly to note: it happens everywhere, in the best hotels due to humid climate and warmth.

Staff were really friendly and helpful especially Aysha at the front desk when I lost my passport and had to stay longer. She was very reassuring and did everything possible to ensure we were ok. Food was tasty and enough choice. Waiting staff were brilliant.

Cocktails weren't very nice, they were from a machine and just tasted of sugar. Desserts were often bland. Also a Jacuzzi would have been nice. Resort entertainment only caters for French.

Great location right on the beach. The all inclusive food was great and the choice was wide enough.

Really loud music late in the night, every night. Just a bit cold and the AC heating did not work.
