La ubicación; que tuviera tabla de planchar; plancha, paraguas y los amentities de Molton Brown que me encanta como huelen.

Olvidaron los enseres de limpieza en el baño y tuve que llamar para que vinieran a recogerlos. El secador es malísimo!

Lovely single room, clean, cosy and comfortable with great amenities and great location. Lovely quality soap and shampoo, vanity kit provided, robe and slippers all extremely comfy. Room was quiet and temperature was ideal, so I slept very well.

I was charged an extortionate amount for a bottle of water at the bar (3.50 EUR for a tiny bottle of water and 5 EUR for the bottled water in the minibar which I did not take as I could not justify 8.50 EUR for water, it was very late at night so no shops nearby), and they refused to serve tap water. No complimentary water in-room was surprising given the cost of the room. I had a very unpleasant experience with the bartender, when after I bought the tiny bottle of water (enough to half-fill a glass for me and my friend), I asked if he could fill up my glass from the tap which was right there. He was rude and condescending and made me feel rather uncomfortable as a paying guest. Bit of a shame
