Hotel Londres Estoril / Cascais

We stayed there when the city was beginning to shut down because of COVID-19. We were nervous about having to stay in a place we didn't know until we could fly home to Canada. The staff was very respectful of social distancing, and they also respected our request for towel changes onlly, no one coming into our room to tidy or clean. The breakfast room and buffet were immaculate, and again, staff were attentive while keeping their distance.

Quite remarkably low price. Staff were really helpful. They allowed me to store luggage and check in early. They also looked for (and found) a notebook that I left in my room, They gave me a free drink in the bar. What was not to like! I was a a meeting in the major hotel in town. Who needs a man to open the door for you? Give me a clean, friendly hotel any day.

Absolutely nothing. I codul not find fault with anything.

The girls from the reception were nice and friendly.

The male staff was arrogant, they were starring at me weirdly because I was an alone woman traveling by herself. The bathroom was outdated.

The location was great. On walking distance of the beach. Bars and restaurant. Hotel simming pool is heated , so great to use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking in the street is very cheap and possible. The street parking is in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom was very clean and complete with everything you need. Shampoo. Saoo and more.

If you stay for a long time is the breakfast very basic. Everyday the same choice and the bread comes out of the cooler and is not really tasty anymore. Mostly of times was the coffee machine not working. But the breakfast in general is oke.

Breakfast was great with lot of options. Location near Estoril Praia was conducive for me.
