Front desk was helpful but...

Front desk personnel was very responsive to any inquiries I made.

The hotel room was horrible. I was put into a suite due to a group staying at the hotel. When I first arrived, the room didn't have a remote for the tv, I looked throughout the room which is when I noticed a significant amount of hair in the bed sheets. The room also had a smell that was bothersome. I told the front desk and they were able to move me to another suite. This room had a faucet that was about to fall off the sink and there was a stain in the bed sheet. Been staying there for work for a few months and it's been normally great but this was a bad night. Took a video of the hair just in case I am asked.
