I booked room with lake view...no lake view..the lake was so far away...so we could see the casino instead. Breakfast was gone until 9h00...if you go later you will not find anything. The hotel is very old, everything is old. Restaurant was kind of ok. But the waiter was taking our full beer glasses non stop. You really have to guard your drinks.Forget about spa...swimming pool is small and warm but in the other hotel. For sauna and hammam you have to pay 8-15 euros per room. You could also hear you neighbours. Please have in mind that this is a one star hotel.

The location was brilliant. The town of Gerardmer is a real treat after having stayed 4 or 5 times in La Bresse.

The issue was not the hotel, but the folks that were in the hotel who came back from the casino and were very loud. It is to be expected, the casino is across the street.

Not expensive and well located, the food at the restaurant was good and the staff attentive.

Rooms were dated, cramped bathroom, and not a very comfortable bed.

The bed (too soft), the restaurant personnel.

Good location close to lake front. Good restaurant. Helpful staff.
