The Z Hotel Glasgow

I really enjoyed the happy hour scheme (5 to 8) during the afternoon where the hotel provided wine and a plethora of cheese options. Furthermore, Jerry (receptionist) was delightful, polite and acommodated me in the best possible way. That does not mean that the rest of the staff did not show an excellent behaviour but Jerry showed that bit of extra effort.

One negative aspect of the service was that the change of sheets frequency was high and I would have preferred it to ocur every 2 days or so. Lastly, the breakfast options were poor on a level but I can't say im not satisfied, just a minor notice.

Nos guardaron el equipaje durante todo el día cuando hicimos el check-out. Teníamos un estudio doble sin ventana y el chico de recepción nos facilitó una habitación con ventana sin ningún cargo. Está a segundos de George Square. La habitación es perfecta para pasar la noche.

La habitación olía a cañerías pero si cerrabas la puerta del baño dejaba de oler. El estractor de aire hacía un ruido constante y nos molestó a la hora de dormir.
