Desventajas: La habitación que nos dieron al llegar (114) carecía, con las cortinas abiertas, prácticamente de intimidad al estar junto a una pasarela que conducía a la piscina. Pedimos otra habitación y nos dieron la 314, perfecta. El precio de los cócteles, excesivo incluso para un 5☆. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba demasiado baja (yo mido 1,78 m).

Ventajas: (1) el desayuno sigue siendo espectacular, magnífica fruta fresca y con sabor, muy bueno el zumo de naranja (2) la tranquilidad del hotel, todo esta siempre en calma (3) limpiar dos veces al día la habitación después de piscinas o playas tiene mucho valor.
Desventajas: Repito estancia por segundo año por que me gusta pero (1) Pedí un cambio de habitación al llegar, por estar la mía debajo del restaurante (el lobby esta en la planta mas alta) y quería asegurarme de estar tranquilo, y me ofrecieron una de bastante peor calidad. Me quede en la inicial que al final estuvo todo bien, pero fue un mal detalle. (2) solicite salir antes de las 14h, dos horas mas allá de las 12 en la salida, la respuesta fue no, el precio y nivel del hotel debería tener estos detalles con los clientes.

Desventajas: Buffet : anything outside of the buffet takes a long time and is not consistent. Bathroom "his and hers" sinks were much too confined - set between a pillar and the wall. TV (pop up) was too small and inconvenient Housekeeping was inconsistent : half the time no face towels, coffee & milk not necessarily replaced Being told they would not give an iron to the room due to Fire Safety was absurd.

Ventajas: The whole experience was exceptional! From check in to check out we had no worries at all. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was wonderful, and the complimentary wine and cheese tasting they provide is such a fun touch. Location, cleanliness, comfort, style, and hospitality are all 10/10. We have nothing but great things to say about the hotel and especially the staff. We will be sure to stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon!

Desventajas: Algo ruidoso, estuvimos toda una noche escuchando pasos sobre el suelo de madera de la habitación de arriba. Los zumos del desayuno muy ricos pero el ruido de las licuadoras es molesto

Ventajas: Wonderfully comfortable hotel with some lovely touches. Coffee, tea available all day in public rooms often accompanied by wonderful traditional tarts and biscuits. Carafe of port in the room topped up as & when ! I celebrated my birthday whilst I was there and was surprised & delighted to find champagne in the room when we returned in the evening. Great breakfast selection, lovely toiletries, helpful friendly staff, a truly great place to stay. We will return.

Ventajas: This is a beautiful, classic old hotel located in a great location in Lisbon. The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable. Two remarkable things to note: (1) The library and its view of the river from the top floor is a wonderful place to unwind with a drink at the end of the day; (2) The breakfast is excellent and the choices are numerous. Our whole experience staying here for 3 days could not have been more positive!

Desventajas: Las instalaciones para el desayuno. Aunque es un comedor precioso tiene poco espacio para apoyar platos cuando te vas a servir y ningún sitio para ir dejando lo usado y tampoco te lo retiran de la Mesa que son pequeñas. Me habría gustado más variedad de fiambre en desayuno ( jamón, embutido de más calidad)

Ventajas: La tranquilidad del hotel. La habitación más grande de lo habitual. Ofrecen tentenpié durante toda la tarde. El desayuno muy bueno.
Desventajas: La moqueta en la habitación es fatal para los alérgicos y es malsano. No es nada higiénico. No se puede limpiar como un parqué o un suelo de baldosa. El barrio tiene mucha contaminación y está muy desaliñado.

Desventajas: Room V was much too dark no mirror in the bedroom. It was extremley dirty. Door to the bathroom didnt close. Toilet seat broken. This room would not be suitable for a large person as the shower was tiny and difficult to get into. It was not good value for money.

Desventajas: Reception is 9-5 on weekdays. Hosts were initially very communicative via what's app re access after hours, but didn't respond to later requests for information ( we were staying over the weekend). Charging for help yourself tea and coffee looks stingy. The bathroom has inadequate towel racks, important as towels are changed every three days (which is commendable)

Desventajas: El baño diría que regular aunque no era pequeño, la ducha incómoda se salía el agua y el cristal sucio de cal. El agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir. no hay servicio de habitación ni cambian toallas. Recepción no están a todas horas, ya que fui a pedir toallas y no habia nadie. Zona de bares algo ruidosa y se oían algunas noches pasos de tacones de la habitación de arriba.

My stay was pleasant except for the fact that in my room there were no drawers for my underwear or some clothes. There was a hanger for clothes though. I would love to thank Anna and Marisa for giving me the room I wanted although my husband could not come with me because he had problems with his heart .

Desventajas: No TV or radio in our room. Dust under the bed. Only three towels for two people. I've asked for receipt - never got it (not in paper form, nor by email). When we came to the property, door cod was different then given in email correspondence. We had small problem with coming in. Our room had window opposite to another window in distance of 2 meters!(something like a well/adit inside the building) - we didn't expect it.

Ventajas: The place is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful: from making last minute restaurant bookings (there’s a nearby Fada restaurant we loved!) to perfect breakfast. The property is wonderful, we didn’t have time to make best use of the communal spaces or pool. We would love to come back. It’s just the right location. Thank you :)
Desventajas: The only tiny complaint - and it shouldn’t really matter, because we weren’t on holiday to surf the internet - is that the WiFi was a little patchy and neither of us could find a 3G signal either. But this is totally understandable given the age of building.

Towels are 2€ extra even in the not so inexpensive double rooms. A construction site on the other side of the alley was very noisy in the morning.

Desventajas: Los baños. Al menos los del 3er piso. El más cómodo era mixto (y no me da para ducharme con hombres sin tener un espacio donde cambiarme que no sea la ducha) y el que no lo era, el baño era mínimo. La puerta quedaba pegada por poco a mi cara. Re limpios y la ducha genial pero no cómodos.

Desventajas: The single room was very basic with no comfortable or cozy feeling. They should work on the Interieur. Only one charger in the room. The room has only small windows to the floor so it's very dark. Also there is a lot of noise in the night. The shower was dirty one morning, the other days were nearly ok. Breakfast was nothing special, one kind of bread, ham, cheese and cereals. Overall not worth the price.

Ventajas: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. They had a lovely large sunny terrace to sit out on.
Desventajas: Unfortunately for me my room was opposite the kitchen and next to the communal area which meant it was very noisy early in the morning and late at night. Also although the bathroom was right next for the shower didn't work and the next one was on the next floor up.

Ventajas: Es una zona cerca de varias paradas de autobús y tranvía, el alojamiento está muy bien equipado, el personal es encantador y tienen unas propuestas de sostenibilidad y ecología envidiables. El desayuno está incluido.
Desventajas: El baño compartido es bastante engorroso, aunque hay varios es a veces incomodo.

Ventajas: Desayuno y el barrio.
Desventajas: Los baños estaban sucios, las sábanas supuestamente limpias tenían cabellos de colores que no eran los míos. El baúl para guardar mis pertenencias estaba sucio con etiquetas y mugre del huésped anterior, aparte la habitación estaba muy sucia con botellas de plástico simplemente arrojadas en una esquina y todo esto cuando recién entre a la habitación. Me quedé en la habitación de 8 literas y esta estaba justo al lado de la recepción, muy poco espacio entre las camas y muy ruidoso. El hostal está a 30 minutos caminando de la parte histórica de la ciudad, si quieres salir de noche puedes regresar con un uber, taxi o caminar media hora… Los medios de transporte público van hasta la 1 am.

Ventajas: Muy bueno el desayuno, un lugar en el que se intenta dar el mejor servicio y cuidando el medio ambiente a su vez. Todo el alojamiento cumplió mis expectativas, incluso quienes me atendían fueron muy atentos.
Desventajas: Me hubiera gustado que estuviera un poco más cerca del centro. La parada de bus y tranvía estaba un poco alejada a lo que esperaba. Hubiera sido perfecto en caso de ser así. Igualmente es muy recomendable.
Si decides alojarte en Impact House, te encontrarás en una fantástica zona de Lisboa (Ciudad vieja de Lisboa) y estarás a menos de cinco minutos en coche de Plaza Rossio y Elevador de Santa Justa. Ventajas: Ha sido todo perfecto, piso limpio y la señora que nos atendió muy simpatica, agradable y disponible. Esta en una zona centrica, aunque hay un buen paseo para lo mas conocido....pero para nosotros que nos encanta andar no supuso ningun problema. Obrigada!

Ventajas: I would say the best part about this place was the host Louisa. She was a lovely person; friendly and helpful. We really liked her. The kitchen was good, had a jug for warm drinks, a toaster, a microwave, stove and oven. There was also a washing machine available for use (and free). Although not in the heart of Lisbon, the location was decent as it was near shops and the transport system. Security was good as there were many locked door. The place was also situated upstairs, so you always felt safe.

Desventajas: La ubicación está bien y aparcamiento fácil en la misma calle donde se encuentra, eso sí, es zona azul. Esta cerca de paradas de transporte público pero para ir andando está bastante alejado del centro. La limpieza era algo escasa y el baño no pasaban a limpiarlo diariamente y al tratarse de un baño compartido resulta algo imprescindible...

Desventajas: - The shower in the room was an open cubicle with a shower curtain, so you have to guard yourself around to avoid water splashes on the floor. I think owners can invest on a proper shower cubicle from Ikea or something. However, the shower itself was good. - The room/room door needs more soundproofing as theres too much noise from people walking/talking along the walkway, kitchen etc. - No toilet soap/shampooo provided. I asked for one and was given the left over from previous guest. - The older lady that came to facilitate check in seems very grumpy. Almost like she's somehow had a bad day before I arrived. So just incase you come across her, just hold your nerve and say "Yes" to everything she asks/says/demands and you'd be all good.

Although not in the heart of Lisbon, the location was decent as it was near shops and the transport system. Security was good as there were many locked door. The place was also situated upstairs, so you always felt safe.
Desventajas: Our first evening in Lisbon, we got lost. Initially it was hard to locate and identify the place as the entry is just a metal door that blends in with the rest of the buildings on the street, no real signage. THERE IS NO RECEPTION, and the host lives further up the street, you'll definitely need your phone all set up with international calling credit and data. Room was quite small that it was actually hard to move around the bed. The bed was squeaky with very little movement (and from what we could hear of the couple in the other room, their bed was quite squeaky too haha). The bed was uncomfortable to sit up in as there wasn't a bed head, just steel bars against our backs. A TV was supplied but the channels had poor reception. The room had a "balcony" but was more a narrow slab of concrete with the width barely longer than a shoe. There were two shared bathrooms. One bathroom had a toilet. This one toilet was shared between six guests. The shower systems was poor. Water temperature required adjustment by turning both hot and cold taps, it was difficult locating the right temperature. And the water was often affected (pressure and temperature) when someone else was using the other shower or the water taps in the kitchen. We (and we noticed other guests) found using the key on the downstairs building entry door and the accommodation door a little tricky, the key got stuck a bit and you had to have the key in a certain way and hold the handle a certain way to get the door open. There was a window above our bedroom door and when other guests entered the hallway, light would flood into our room when we were trying to sleep.

Desventajas: Cutlery in the kitchen is old and needs replacing. Very few coffee cups available and those available are chipped at the rim . There is only ONE toilet in the floor that I was staying .We cannot use any toilet from other floors as one needs a key to access each floor. There are 6-8 rooms for each floor , and there can be a problem if one needs to use a toilet urgently.
