we didn't like anything during our stay in thr gizem apartment. I can't find any classification to rate this hotel.

We didn't like the attitude of the hotel management, nor the services provided at the hotel the toilet was broken drainage overflow the doors of the room are jammed and the other one with lose handle which is a safety hazard.

hotel classical key is tied to the light key, so if you put it to open the door,the light is turned off, you can't find out key hole in the dark. No TV, wet bed sheets ,cold water shower neither bedside lights nor bedside switch. I arrived late at night and checked out early in the next morning with another 2 days room charges left.
