La habitación pequeña, el baño grande cosa muy curiosa. El personal encantador y eficaz. Hay una recepcionista que habla un castellano perfecto. Me encantó que cuando salías de la habitación por la mañana se fijaban y si no, te preguntaban tu habitación, así ellos envían al servicio de limpieza y cuando vuelves a descansar al mediodía tienes la habitación reluciente. Parece mentira pero esto es cada vez más difícil en los hoteles.
La ubicación es estupenda para metro, tren y navette del aeropuerto pero el barrio justo que rodea al hotel tiene el ambiente típico de los alrededores de las estaciones de tren de las grandes ciudades. No creo, no obstante que sea peligroso pues hay muchos hoteles en la misma plaza.

Nice modern, clean and comfortable hotel (stayed in a deluxe room). Great staff, pleasant, helpful and polite. Good quality breakfast. Location is convenient if you are travelling by train as it is right next to the station, 10-15 mins walk from the old port. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the spa.
Not the nicest neighborhood maybe, but I will definitely be visiting again as the location is very convenient transportwise

The personnel was great, extremely helpful and nice. The overall look of the hotel it`s modern and cozy. It`s clean, the AC works perfect, the bed is perfect, the bathroom excellent ... and you will get bath robes too. It`s located just in front of the train station ... that will help you get to the airport in least then an hour ... all depends on traffic. The location surroundings are safe... keep in kind that central train station areas are one of the least safe places in a big city... here didn`t looked dangerous ... You are very close to city center, you will have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the Port.
