The whole location Kindness of the staff
It's a kind of mission impossible to reach this hotel by car and the lack of clear indications certainly does not help! The breakfast buffet is too poor considering that it's a 4 stars hotel The air conditioning in the room is noisy

The staff was attentive. The breakfast was pretty okay. Just what you needed to get the day going.
there is a terrace but the door is jammed. They should repair that so guests don’t have to ask. We didn’t bother to ask because we were too busy touring the wonderful medieval town of Óbidos, but it would have been nice to enjoy a nice breeze early morning or before tucking in to bed. Just needs repair (Room D. Maria)

The fact that the hotel is inside the walls is a plus. The breakfast is very good. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is very good and has a good amount of variety to choose from. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day.
The location is great because it is inside the walls however the access to hotel is not very pleasant, especially if you have a big car. The bed makes too much noises and the room isolation is a bit week.

El desayuno súper rico, tenía todo lo que tiene que tener un buen desayuno y además unas tortas muy ricas, bien caseras. La ubicación excelente!! Y la atención del personal más que excepcional!! Muy atentas y amables . Súper recomendable!! El lugar es soñado!!
