Walking distance to Pompeii historical site, 5 minutes walking (few restaurants/café with nice gelato), the other entrance only 1 minute walk - literally outside the hotel. We can even see the site from our room balcony which was nice. Nice view too during sunrise/sunset. Souvenirs shops at the door step of the hotel. Best part "the free parking" right outside of the hotel - superb!!!!!!! - it's like you are parking in your own home. The hotel has it's own special features & my kids really appreciate it's uniqueness though the structure is a bit old, but well kept/clean. The bathroom is huge. Having tea/coffee facility is a plus. Pure thick delicious hot chocolate was nice.
Very limited choice for breakfast. Juices were nice though. A variety of fruits would help. Taking like forever to get our boiled eggs. Some of the cutlery not really well cleaned. The room's phone did not work. We had two rooms & difficult to communicate as the phones didn't worked, plus the wifi was not stable, too slow & unstable - need to re-connect regularly.

The hotel is near the archeological site. Close to the hotel is a big supermarket. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. A great hotel when you want to visit Pompeii Scavi.
At the front of the hotel on the street are many souvenir sales people yelling if you want to buy stuff wich is quite anoying.

Perfectly located in front of the entrance of Pompeii. Staff super friendly and a really a friendly dachshund. Free parking and good breakfast. My friend left her passport and they express mailed it to us to avoid a 6hour round trip to retrieve it.
It is a bit dated.... but so is most of south Italy..
