La ubicación es buena

No se considera un hotel de 4 estrellas. Hice la reserva de dos habitaciones de lujo y recibí una habitación básica y otra que era de bajo nivel. Las instalaciones son viejas y la habitación no estaba 100% limpia. Antes de cobrar más de 100 dólares por noche, deberían echar un vistazo a cómo parece un hotel de lujo.

The staff of the hotel was great, especially Mr. Mario Rene from reception.

the stars assigned to hotels in Rio de Janeiro should be reviewed. In general, a 4 stars hotel in Rio is equivalent to a 3-star hotel in europe and this hotel is no exception.

Me ha gustado el desayuno buffet y la atenciòn del personal de la recepciòn en el turno de la noche, especialmente del señor Renè Pozo que es muy amable y siempre fuè muy colaborador durante mi estadìa.

No me ha gustado el tener que pagar 6 dolares por dìa por hacer uso de la caja de seguridad ya que en otros paises que he ido èste servicio està incluido en el costo de la habitaciòn creo yo que deberìa estar incluido en los 150 dolares que paguè por estadìa por noche y tampoco me gusto el tener que pagar por el uso de internet ya que en muchos otros hotel4es el internet es un servicio libre que està incluido en el costo.

the location was good

the room was dirty and dusty, , TV did not work, AC was broken too! had to change room. second room the toilets broke. The room service was terrible, it took 2 hours for the food to come and the food was aweful. The swimming pool had so much bleach that my shorts have bleach stains!

The hotel was what you would expect for the money. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was good and there was a roof top pool

We booked this hotel because they said that they had a airport shuttle service, they do not. The staff could have been more helpful and they charge 50c a minute for the internet.

THe air conditioning, the roof top pool and also the wide choice of television channels.

payment process poor, calculated by front desk person using pencil and notepad. not automated on their computers. because of this, their payment total was off by R$50.00.

I got an upgrade from standard to executive room. I was on 13th floor and had a great view over the city. Also the pool on the roof was cool. Breakfast is really good too.

The coffee was not really good.

breakfast was acceptable if you are not demanding

old, steam bath was cooler than outside, heavy construction works being done inside the hotel
