Boarding was a bit of a mess as they did not let families board first and were not very accomodative of families with small children, though I had a 9 year old, but there was a family with two very small children and they were not very helpful to them."

Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."

I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."

But that was it."
