Desventajas: "There was 2 choices for food either pork or chicken But when I asked for chicken they told us no more chicken Then they took the pork from the tray and I had to eat the rest without the main course. Also all the seats were taken by the people who bought the tickets directly from JAL,but there was few seats left all in the middle for people who purchase tickets from travel agents."

Ventajas: "The window shades were so cool. Seat was small but fairly comfortable and I like the foot rest."

Desventajas: "I bought economy to save money, but unfortunately since I got the very back of the plane my seat couldn't recline."

Ventajas: "While many other airlines are cutting down on their service quality and amount of food on their flights, Japan Airlines has done the reverse: offer excellent food and great service at every tier, including economy. We took a flight from NY to Tokyo and felt like it was one of the best long haul flights we have taken."

Desventajas: "food from manila to japan was excellent,food japan to vancouver was not...could only eat half of it"

Ventajas: "Everything. The flight attendants were courteous, kind, and efficient. The seats in economy were large. The entertainment system had many options and was easy to use. The food was great and plentiful."

Ventajas: "As expected from JAL, the flight was amazing in every way. The food (the Japanese meal) was not typical airline food, it was actually very good. The courtesy packets had many useful items including eye refreshers, lip balm, and the bathrooms were kept very clean and stocked with both mouthwash and toothbrush/paste. All together as flawless and comfortable an experience as possible on a commercial carrier."
Desventajas: "There was nothing I didn't like, but if I could make a suggestion it would be to offer a larger selection of movies and shows on the long-haul flights. Also the cabin twmperature was a bit too warm but I understand that might vary from flight to flight."

Ventajas: "There was a huge amount of new and classic movies to chose from to pass the time. The crew was friendly and professional. The food was decent. I like the variety of food choices and some of the dishes were delicious (salmon and rice). The seats are pretty comfortable. They aren't great for sleeping in, but the flight was decently quiet and dark for some time. I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs and a neck pillow."
Desventajas: "The bread could be better. I would have the bread be softer and warm. A warm croissant as a substitute would be amazing.The butter could be softer (like margarine) so that way it can actually be spread onto the bread."

Desventajas: "We were delayed and stayed in the plane for 3 hours and flight was almost cancelled. Could not really understand why there was a delay or why it would have been cancelled."

Ventajas: "El vuelo partió y llego según lo programado. Se puede usar wifi, lo cual ayuda mucho a tener un mejor entretenimiento a bordo, asi que pude hablar con mi familia y amigos, y usar mi spotify. Las horas se fueron volando ;)"

Ventajas: "Me gustó la puntualidad de la aerolínea y también el trato que se me brindó. El staff de vuelo siempre es muy amable y atento."

Ventajas: "El staff de American Airlines también fue muy amable. Siempre con una sonrisa y buen trato a pesar de las 11 horas y media de vuelo."

Desventajas: "The DC China Embassy web site clearly states that a valid APEC Business Card can be used in lieu of a Chinese visa. In spite of this I was denied boarding by JAL. It turns out the system is not fully in place, and eventually I was issued a 10 year multiple entry visa by way of apology. JAL did not waive cancellation fee, and I suffered considerable economic damages."

Ventajas: "checking in at chicago ohare ord was a nightmare.there were only 12 of us in line yet the wait exceeded 1 hour , we watched as the airlines next to us processed well over 150 passenger's while the japan airline moved slower than snail sex. it was painfully beyond slow."
