El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.

Nothing can the counter do till i've to call kayak/flight network. One hour conversation from malaysia to canada. What a wast & replace me with air china. Stupid kayak & flight network."
Ventajas: "Plenty of leg room, which as a tall person I truly appreciate. They give you slippers, blanket, pillow on every (international?) flight. I flew Korea to Japan and Japan to Hawaii. Got free meals on all flights, even my short two hr flight between Korea and Japan. Free booze too! Super nice check in agent as well."

Ventajas: "I had only 30 minutes transaction time at Busan airport, and was not sure that I could catch my plane. The crew at the airport were very helpful, and a lady brought me to the security gate, and run out and checking in for me. With their help, I was able to catch the planes and arrived my destination on schedule. Thank you so much."
Ventajas: "I always find the service on Japan Airline to be excellent. What I really liked, and didn't expect, was that there was individual inflight entertainment systems. Most other carriers on short flights out of Busan don't have that available, so it was a nice option. The meals were excellent!"

The seats should not the ability to be lowered to the extent they were. It makes for an uncomfortable ride"

Desventajas: "JustFly billed the wrong price, then to fix that,created a new ticket with my name misspelled and failed to cancel the original ticket. We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Desventajas: "The entertainment system requires additional setup, and need my own mobile device. My mobile device was low in battery while I'm on my flight, so I'm not able to view any movies during the flight."

We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Desventajas: "The seats were uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep without getting a really stiff neck. The vegetarian oriental meal was bee hoon with vegetables but the amount of vegetables were a lot more than the bee hoon thus making the meal less than filling and satisfying."

Ventajas: "For medium range flights SQ uses A330s. Business class is really OK, not great. Each passenger can freely choose any configuration of the seat without inconveniencing others. Food is great, both in presentation and taste, and serve with refined courtesy... I will gladly fly on this aircraft again on my way back."
Desventajas: "The entertainment system has literally hundreds of choices -- many, many movies for all tastes under the sky. But there is one drawback. Each movie starts, not when you are ready, but when the system is ready ; you cannot pause, resume it, no fast-forward..."

Hubo un retraso al salir de Lima y casi pierdo mi vuelo de conexión por ese motivo.
Pedí un menú vegetariano por cuestiones gástricas y la verdad es que me tocaron comidas muy picantes.
Por una cuestión gástrica pedí menú vegetariano aunque no lo disfruté. Estaba realmente muy picante y la verdad que es la primera vez que me pasa.
Nada, la atención, los servicios y amenities aún en clase turista son de excelencia

Ventajas: "El vuelo se retrasó mas de una hora y aterrizamos 50 min antes de nuestro vuelo de conexión. La tripulación no nos dejó desembarcar los primeros y tuvimos que esperar a que 38 filas competas de 8 personas desembarcaran, por lo que perdimos el velo"

Ventajas: "En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Ventajas: "El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa."
Desventajas: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Desventajas: "Estuvo demorado casi 40 minutos y al momento de recoger equipaje también se demoró 25 minutos en comenzar a entregar maletas."
Ventajas: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Desventajas: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Desventajas: "El embaraue no me gustó, cuando llegas a la puerta te hacen chequean la tarjeta de embarque y pasaporte a todos, pero te quedas fuera esperando. Más tarde vuelven a llamar a los pasajeros pafa embarcar por prioridad, klm tiene 5 escalas distintas, y vuelves a hacer otra cola."
