Desventajas: "Boarding was hectic and unorganized, but functional. Movies/TV shows were limited compared to other airlines. I am taller so seating in any economy seat is cramped at best."

Ventajas: "This flight was cancelled due to storms in the Pacific. Fiji Airways put passengers into a hotel and paid for meals."
Desventajas: "Fiji Airways had poor communication with us about our onward flights, causing us to wonder what was going on. In the end, we were scheduled through another airline 3 days after our flight was scheduled to leave."

Desventajas: "Cancelled the flight going to Christmas Island and wouldn’t reschedule until the following week. Trip that was planned for almost 2 years never happened. At least they could have tried the following day but I guess it was a financial decision and not one made with customer service in mind. I would never fly on them except they’re the only game in town to reach Kiribati."

Desventajas: "The food,rude staf ,small and uncomfortable seats,outdated entertainment system. A staff member had the nerve to tell me to let a first class customer go before me to the restroom (although I was in line to use my assigned restroom) because “he was first class and his assigned restroom was occupied.“"

Desventajas: "Very bad food for those who are strict veterinarian and even don't eat onion, garlic, mushroom because their religion dose not allow. very bad for one who is going to LA and allow only one hand carry even all other airlines allow one hand carry and one computer bag."

Desventajas: "Leg room I paid for actually feels like room on my normal domestic flights. Need more 'leg room'. The food is so processed, it's beyond horrible. It was not edible to me. Boarding was chaotic and unorganized. Too cold on the plane."

Ventajas: "The flight was relatively smooth, Fiji air had great food and complimentary wine with dinner. The airport terminal is top notch with traveller comfort of utmost importance. Very nice."
Desventajas: "The seats were a little cramped and the baggage policy is a bit too strict. My carry-on was overweight so i had to pay $320 pa'anga to check it...that was irritating."

Ventajas: "Food options were good. Service was great. I think it was a great options with the price I paid."
Desventajas: "Seats are narrow for some people. It can be uncomfortable if the person in front reclines their seat, since the rows are close together."

Ventajas: "Good seating 2+4+2 allows more privacy for couples and less crowding. Every seat has USB plug. Good entertainment system with large selection of current movies.."
Desventajas: "15 pound carry-on limit. Although my reservation was not affected, I believe that reserving specific seats is no longer available for economy coach. Check to be sure."

Desventajas: "We get to LA for our connection and security says we need to check in again, and no one is at the fiji airways desk to check us in! The security guard sees this, lets us through to check in at the gate so we sprint there and 4 agents are standing around saying they are surprised we made it."

Ventajas: "The planes were clean. The flight attendants were mostly friendly."
Desventajas: "For an international flight, I would have expected to have a little more room even though I was in economy class. The food was OK. The limitations on checked baggage and carry-ons were not very good. 40 lbs for a checked bag, ok. But only one allowed. I've never had an airline, let alone international, that weighed my carry-on. All in all, it wasn't what I'd expect from an international flight."
