Desventajas: "The flight was overbooked. I paid extra for a window seat but someone else was also booked in that seat, so I was forced to move to an aisle seat in the middle. I will be asking for a refund for the upgrade. Not only was I denied the window seat, but the seat I was moved to had a broken screen."

Ventajas: "The cabbin crew they don’t even talk nicely to the passengers they have attitude, they don’t even provide extra pillows Food was bad Service was bad Airline is bad six hours delayed from delhi to Hyderabad two times security check that is unexpected. They don’t even realize new born babies, infants, old age and sick peoples are traveling. This airline is dumb, worst, poor, bad, I’m not going to suggest to my relatives and friends neighbors for air India airline."
Desventajas: "I don’t like food it’s not enough for one person if I ask extra they said we don’t have it, it’s ridiculous it’s long journey you should provide extra food, it was nasty food and not enough."

Two bathrooms were out of commission. Just a terrible flight experience. Would fly with anyone else above this airline. 2-for-2 on poor flight experiences."

Desventajas: "Other than this, the on flight entertainment was broken for the 15 hour flight, and people and their kids became restless. The staff refused to do much about it. It was a really bad experience. Some of the lights weren’t working for people who wanted to read and they were told to stand near the bathroom area for light. Overall, I won’t be flying air India again."

Desventajas: "Nothing was good no facilities was in washroom , it was so dirty , no one was there to take care of . No mouth freshnessner no moisturiser .our LCD wasn't working at all , even we couldn't off the screen , the whole journey in front of our eyes a bright screen so couldn't sleep and no eye pad provided , the flight was already delayed by 7 hours ... It was worst , No comments for food .."

Desventajas: "Very poorly managed boarding process after 7 hour delay. The business class seats were outdated and very poor inflight entertainment. On the positive side the crew were nice and hospitable."

Ventajas: "All bags were weighed and accpted while issuing ticket. Ehile boarding we were singled out without specifying reason. After a while the agent said to weigh the hand bags again. There was no change. For no reason we got stuck."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed by 3hrs, not much details given prior. No entertainment available for the entire flight as it was not working. Toilet papers had been exhausted by the end of the flight.No announcement regarding connecting flight on landing."

Desventajas: "The air hostess was rude to the elderly passenger who might not have ever flew and in the other airlines the crew members are really very helpful, they give a smile all the time and give special attention to the elderly, this was missing in this flight."

Desventajas: "Check in at O'Hare was extremely slow due to carousel / roller belt malfunction! While the seats provided sufficient Kent legroom space, the pull out food trays were wobbly, unstable and uneve. It is time they need an overhaul! Entertainment was sub par compared to other airlines. Selections were old and meager. Cameras weren't working properly!"

Desventajas: "I paid 14.95 to make seat selections online but the airline had no record of it so I ended up in a middle seat on this 15 hour flight. In addition the entertainment systems in my section of the plane did not work."

Desventajas: "Lazy, uninformed and rude staff. Flight 8 hours late. I booked this by paying extra because it was a direct flight, but they changed it anyways because they just do not care. And this is my 5th and last time traveling g by air india, I'm not renting just because I faced this once, I have faced this 4 times. You think united airlines is bad, then you have never traveled in airindia."
