The seats were horrible, 2 seats together, no privacy, no lie flat seats, the window seat person has to wkke up the aisle seat person to cross his seat to go to the bathroom. The air hostesse and the plane crea cordoned of 9 seats in the middle with curtains for themselve"
Desventajas: "The flight was overbooked. I paid extra for a window seat but someone else was also booked in that seat, so I was forced to move to an aisle seat in the middle. I will be asking for a refund for the upgrade. Not only was I denied the window seat, but the seat I was moved to had a broken screen."

They don’t even realize new born babies, infants, old age and sick peoples are traveling. This airline is dumb, worst, poor, bad, I’m not going to suggest to my relatives and friends neighbors for air India airline."

Desventajas: "Other than this, the on flight entertainment was broken for the 15 hour flight, and people and their kids became restless. The staff refused to do much about it. It was a really bad experience. Some of the lights weren’t working for people who wanted to read and they were told to stand near the bathroom area for light. Overall, I won’t be flying air India again."

Desventajas: "Stewardess refused a second drink...for a courteous well behaved passenger. Entertainment system poor quality needs to be updated/replaced. Taste of food was very average. The stewardesss were trying to rush through the dinner thing like they were in a great hurry."
Desventajas: "Poor airplane condition, tray table broken, could not recline the chair. Bad smell from bathroom Awful food. Non veg smelled very very bad and it was like some really bad animal. Awful"

Desventajas: "Lazy, uninformed and rude staff. Flight 8 hours late. I booked this by paying extra because it was a direct flight, but they changed it anyways because they just do not care. And this is my 5th and last time traveling g by air india, I'm not renting just because I faced this once, I have faced this 4 times. You think united airlines is bad, then you have never traveled in airindia."

Desventajas: "Crew members did not do their job well. They were not in service continuously for 3-4 hours. Its like they will serve one meal and then passengers will be on their own for next 3-4 hours. They never repeated any alcohol or soft drinks. Just one time and that too at the beginning. The aircraft was out of water for last 4-5 hours. It was like hell and even restrooms were part of it. Complete mess it was and I will never go with air India."
