Desventajas: Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro

Ventajas: Wonderful on board service from the crew

Desventajas: Flight delayed, sat on plane on ground for 4 hours then missed connecting flight.

Desventajas: The purchase through a third party vendor on Kayak was a disaster. disclosure was not given about class of service purchased and limitations of that class of service. I spent so much on luggage costs and change fees I could have purchased first class. I will never book through Kayak again - will always go straight to the airline for purchase. This was a disaster.

Ventajas: Flight was excellent crew awesome.

Desventajas: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Ventajas: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Desventajas: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Desventajas: Be on time.

Ventajas: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable and had plenty of leg space in Economy.

Desventajas: Maybe update the app to make it easier to add things to your trip (i.e. bags, premium, food, etc)

Desventajas: The flight was late by 40min (given that it departed almost on time), then it took 20 min to leave the plane, then it took some time to board the bus and ride to the main terminal. So, I missed my connecting flight, and paid last minute fare ($250) for a different flight.

Desventajas: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Ventajas: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Desventajas: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Ventajas: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Desventajas: Food a bit bland and uninspired

Desventajas: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed for hours on the 21 st and then cancelled. I want refund for transportation and loss of income

Ventajas: Service and comfort.

Desventajas: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Desventajas: crew seemed a tad sour. came around with morning tea but without proper cups. attendant seemed annoyed when my neighbor asked for a paper cup in lieu of the plastic juice cup he already had. not a big deal but kinda weird

Desventajas: Seats recline too far so there was NO space. Flight left an hour late for unknown reason. Double charged for bags on return flight. Lost my carry on after forcing me to check it (still awaiting its return). Charged me to fix an error they made on original booking. I'll never fly with Iberia ever again.

Ventajas: The crew was nice. They did a very good job under the circumstance.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything.

Desventajas: Hopefully upgrade on monitors (touch screen was not working),
