Desventajas: "Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights."
Desventajas: "Slow on boarding. I was swipe-checked twice, including the one by the airline."

Desventajas: "The plane landed much later than expected, and I missed my connecting flight to Moscow. While I was given another boarding pass, I had to have another layover in St. Petersburg, and fly to Moscow from there. The flight turned out to be much longer, and much more exhausting. My overall experience was unpleasant."
Desventajas: "The seats were chargeable. I paid a higher price for extra leg room. However these seats were the same as other ones that were much cheaper. Why charging so much extra?! False advertising?! This is unbelievable."

Desventajas: "Not knowing clearly what airline or flight to take. Was not listed on my first initial ticket. Also I could not check in online at all."
Ventajas: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Desventajas: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."
Ventajas: "Crew professional."
Desventajas: "Everything ok."
Desventajas: "Late boarding, late taking off, late landing, and then there was no gate crew to at least get us off the plane."
Desventajas: "The entertainment kept shutting off, and the crew had to reset it about 5 times. They were very apologetic, and kept trying until finally getting it fixed."
Ventajas: "I have Parkinson's disease, and my ability to walk is dependent on how long it has been since I last took carbidopa/levodopa, and how much I have exercised while standing since taking my medicine. I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"
Ventajas: "It was very quick"

Ventajas: "The crew was very much professionals, worked fast."

Desventajas: "The man sitting next to me required two seats. The arm rested had to be lifted to my seat to accommodate him. I complained but the flight was full and my seat could not be changed. I was told that British Air policy was not to require extraordinary over weight people to buy two seats. No, instead the person next to that overweight person has to suffer. A very stupid and unfair policy. As a result I will never book Finnair or British Air again if I can avoid it."
Ventajas: "The crew was attentive, the plane left on time, we arrived very early at our destination."
Desventajas: "The people working at the American Airline counters at the Philly International Airport are very unhelpful and rude. When the check-in kiosk said to get assistance from a rep, the reps told me they could not move from behind their counters. The TSA people people were worse. They treat passengers as if they are dogs, never saying please or thank you, but giving commands in condescending tones to people."
Ventajas: "Best price from Dallas to Barcelona, and then Madrid to Dallas."
Desventajas: "The plane was old. The movies were played in the aisle and the selection was inappropriate/terrible. No kids on the flight and they played a Disney dinosaur movie and the Peanuts movie."
Ventajas: "Very relaxing, enjoyable flight. Entertainment was great with many different options to choose from (music, tv, movie, games). The plane was not full and I had the entire row to myself, making the flight that much more comfortable. Awesome crew that was attentive and friendly. Probably one of the best flights I've ever been on. Thanks!"
Ventajas: "I thought the cabin crew were very helpful and friendly and professional."
Desventajas: "The seeds were too close together N20. You almost couldn't eat your food or all the laptop because you're so crowded."
Ventajas: "The service was remarkable. Everyone was very attentive and friendly which is exactly what you would want for a long flight. The crew came around frequently to provide beverages and left you alone to sleep."
Desventajas: "The boarding process was a bit hectic. The flight was full which I completely understand. After everyone was settled in the plane it took another 25 minutes to leave the runway."

Ventajas: "The flight was pleasant and the crew was friendly and professional. I pre-ordered a special meal, which came with no problems."
Desventajas: "The boarding process was so disorganized. They called us for boarding but crammed all of us into a waiting area before the boarding door was open. We were all standing in tight conditions for 50 minutes before we were let through and ended up taking off late. They later made an announcement on the plane that this was due to a problem with the airline's cleaning crew."

Ventajas: "The crew was on point, the comfort was great though the plane was a bit cold they had plenty of blankets. The organization of finally getting onto the plane was great."
Desventajas: "The boarding process was confusing and disorganized. Perhaps it's always this way but they began boarding rows 32-47, but never changed the monitor when boarding of additional rows began. I didn't understand the need for extra security prior to arriving at the gate either. I was already in the terminal, but then needed an additional sticker on my passport. Not enough options in the entertainment section."

Desventajas: "TINIEST toilet EVER. Couldn't even turn around to wash my hands (and I am quite tiny myself) or look in the mirror...which for some reason is not well placed. Impossible to choose my seat, even after calling help service (3 times! and still had to discuss at the counter), just so that they change me already in the flight to accommodate a family. I do not mind, but they never mentioned that the seat could not recline or that there was no window (the whole point of choosing the seat, for I have flight anxiety). I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."

Desventajas: "The competence and effectiveness of the boarding crew was deplorable. Everyone looked and acted like it was their first day on the job. If I have a choice, I don't think I will ever fly this airline again. Brussels airport is also a confusing mess. You just wait in line after line with no clear direction. They left one of my bags behind in Brussels as well, and I have yet to receive an update on where it is."

Desventajas: "I was literally in tears by the end of my flight because my back hurt so bad in the seats. When I was boarding, I had a two hour layover and I still had to run for my flight and they were already boarding when I got there. The food was tasteless. All I could do was try and sleep and pray the flight ended quickly."
Ventajas: "The extra leg room was very much worth it! Did the trip both ways. On the way to Europe we went standard economy and economy plus on the way home -- economy plus was much more comfortable over the long duration of the flight"
Desventajas: "The food remains mediocre at best in the economy cabin."

Desventajas: "Economy plus seats are not worth the extra upgrade - compared to other airlines. Food was inedible. SLOP that you would give to prison inmates Boarding was horrendous and LONG. Entertainment was non existent. Crew was RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE"

Desventajas: "No wifi and no electrical socket. By row 43, they ran out of blankets and dinners other than beef. The check-in website looked like it was from the 1990s. When I had to pay for a second bag at the airport (IAD) on the outbound flight, it took 15 minutes. When I came (BRU), they told me to wait in 3 different lines, wasting 30 minutes, before I got to the correct line. Then board the flight to return was a 45 minute delay. It's like these guys were totally new to the airline business."
Ventajas: "Flight time and plane were fine."
Desventajas: "United charged over twice the fees for extra bags! I feel this was unfair."
Desventajas: "* No information was provided to the passengers about an additional delay of the flight after the original 5 hour delay. * No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of a delayed baggage by 2 days. * My family is definitely not going to fly with Brussels Airlines after the experience we had."
Ventajas: "Friendly crew, good food"
Desventajas: "First time on Brussels Airline - flying from IAD to Budapest and back via Brussels. On the long haul to/from Europe, the seats in coach did not have any type of individual air flow control above the seat. I was sitting by a window which must have been directly facing the sun. I have never been so hot and uncomfortable on a plane. Some kind of air conditioning did kick on for a short duration, but it was not enough."
Desventajas: "Audio didn't work, broken tray that the food and drink could fall, unresponsive crew staffs (they consistently ignored my call and even turned off the call light above my seat-they just didn't do anything)"
Ventajas: "The food, efficient crew"
Desventajas: "Awful boarding process, one person alone for all the passengers with another 3 around doing nothing, which caused the departure to take place more than an hour late"
Desventajas: "The flight was canceled. I found out the day before my departure - the airlines didn't even contact me to let me know - and I never got reimbursed for the canceled flight. I had to purchase a $1500 new ticket to get back home in time. I wrote to the Brussels Airlines and they never addressed these complains."
Ventajas: "The service was only exceptional l, there weren't too many good movies selections.overall The turbulence made made the trip worse although the whether was very.l clear. There was also a weird background noise. Boarding was terrible had to wait an hour in a long line"
Ventajas: "I liked the crew. They were really nice and spoke many languages. Even though my seat was in the middle I still was able to see out of the window."
Desventajas: "There was nothing:)"
Desventajas: "We were flying to Brussels about three weeks after the terrorist attacks at the airport, then home ten days later. So I understood the lines and the extra security. But the last communication I got from them (via United Airlines) said that our flight was leaving at noon on Sunday. Without notifying me, they moved our flight up to 10:15, so we missed it. We were able to get on the same flights the next day."
Desventajas: "Very poor management of flight changes with Brussels Airport being closed. We had to book a whole new flight and are fighting to get refunds for the flights that eventually didn't even happen."
Desventajas: "No drink or food offered"
