El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "From boarding to landing, I had a great flight. Flight was from NYC to Jakarta via Doha. Flight on a b777 to Jakarta and b787 to Jakarta. Plane had plenty of legroom and nicely designed entertainment system. Service was world class. About every hour or so, a crew member would ask if we wanted drinks. Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."

Desventajas: "Domestic air travel in the USA has generally lost it's way. The costomer experience can be negatively influenced at so many points during the average trip. On this flight, other passengers (one family) with disgusting manners, smelly carry on food and generally poor attitudes, made it a captive experience. The crew were the bright spot. An airline can't help that much but, can mitigate the damage and the employees did that. You have very good people."

Ventajas: "Online check in, no luggage, mobile boarding passes, boarded quickly and took off immediately LOL! Ideal flight!"
Ventajas: "The entire trip was smooth and easy, from check in at Honolulu airport to baggage claim at LAX, we had zero issues! That's a rarer and rarer thing these days. The flight crew were friendly and polite, the complimentary meal in coach was a pleasant surprise, and the A330-2 was smartly designed for relative comfort and accessibility."
Desventajas: "Would be great if there were SOME free television offerings, like Southwest Airlines does. I understand paying for the movies (although if you really wanted to stand out above the competition you could offer a select movie for free like in the old days), however the option to watch some satellite tv channels at no cost would be great. Also the nearest bathroom was out of order and that was a bit disappointing."

Desventajas: "Seats are cramped, food is pretty poor, and the old planes don't have the movie screens at every seat,and there is not much to watch. Sound system is also pretty poor"

Desventajas: "No wifi in the airport or on the plane?! So on a 6+ hour flight no entertainment unless you rent a $15 dollar tablet."

Desventajas: "The flight attendants were unfriendly, cold, and seemed very annoyed. The entertainment was VERY pricey - that was an unwelcome surprise for such a long flight. I would rather bring my own food and be able to distract myself with a series of complimentary movies."

Desventajas: "Had a 6 hour delay due to the fact that a crew member didn't show up... Hawaiian didn't offer any chance of changing airlines to accommodate anybody and only gave us a $100 voucher on future flights... like I'd ever fly with this airline again. If the delay was due to weather or a mechanical issue I would've understood, however one of there crew members calling in sick delays my vacation by a whole day and they say there's nothing they can do. Completely ridiculous."
Ventajas: "Food was good! Hawaiian music and warm greetings got us in the vacation mood as soon as we boarded."
Desventajas: "Free movies on a 6 hour cross ocean flight would have been much appreciated."
Ventajas: "Not much. The crew members' smiles were nice. That's about it."
Desventajas: "So cold! I asked 4 times for the temperature to be adjusted. Each time the crew member said that the temp was adjusted, and it would be getting warmer. Let me be clear: IT NEVER GOT WARMER! Furthermore, Hawaiian Airlines had the nerve to charge econ seats $10 per blanket. Even for babies! And we even heard a toddler say, "Mom, it's sooooo cold!""
Ventajas: "The food was delicious. I did not expect to have a complimentary champagne with my meal. It was nice. The flight attendants were very helpful. I was feeling sick on the plane. They keep asking if i need anything."
Desventajas: "I was very disappointed that I have to paid for the used of the blanket. it was cold on the plane. It used to be free. Luckily I brought a sweater with me. Otherwise , I be freezing."

Desventajas: "Terminal 2 in Manila has very few options for dining and gifts. Plane was late in arriving to Terminal 2; apparently had to offload in Terminal 1, then taxi to Terminal 2, then had to be inspected extensively before we could board. Due to late boarding and ~25 wheelchairs, boarding was disorganized."
Ventajas: "Not much. Both flights to and from Manila were delayed. The flight out was delayed pre-boarding by about 15-min and then about 30-min in the plane on the tarmac. Leaving Manila was delayed boarding by about 1-hr and we landed about 30-min late. Philippine Airlines operation has gotten so much worse."
Desventajas: "Everything. From the chaos at Check-in on the Manila side from the understaffed and overwhelmed employees, to the gate control and communication with passengers at a reasonable time for the delays. Staff at MNL Terminal 2 for PA seem not to care and there seems to be no management that exists."
Ventajas: "I loved the space in Business class. It was comfortable and great for sleeping."
Desventajas: "The movies in the entertainment system were boring and the food fell short of what I would expect from business class."

Ventajas: "Yes, my first time Philippines Airlines experience was impressive"
Ventajas: "The service of Philippine Airlines have greatly improved. I have flown over 20 international airlines like Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Etihad Airways, British Airways, Lufthansa Airways, JAL, ANA, EVA Air, Korean Air, ASIANA Air , LAN Chile, Cathay Pacific, Qantas Airlines to name a few. And these airlines gave good service. The service of Philippine Airlines is good. They just need to add movies in all the regional flights ."
Desventajas: "The airlines need to add videos and movies. Without it, the airlines is like flying in the JURASSIC era!"
Ventajas: "Check in counter ground staff was very helpful"
Desventajas: "Boarding gates have too many flights assigned to it making waiting area very crowded. Toilets are too far. Flight attendants could be more helpful to passengers with infants and small children."
Ventajas: "One of the smoothest landings I’ve ever extin my life! The food was excellent- all our children ate from 17 down to 2. We were provided blankets and pillows (which you sometimes can’t get on other airlines). Would fly with them again for sure - great budget airline"
Desventajas: "We had about a 35 minute wait once on the plane before we could take off. Not sure why it took so long (other than they said we were number 7 for takeoff). Also once we went through airport security and sat around we had to go through security again before getting to our waiting area (or hold area) but we had to throw out our water. Not sure why seeing as we purchased the water in the airport."

Desventajas: "During the long 15hour layover to Bali, lunch and dinner vouchers were provided as long as you stay in the terminal. However, if you decide to leave the terminal, you had to relinquish the vouchers. No access was given to use the Mabuhay lounge and there’s not much options for rest or entertainment at Terminal 2."

Desventajas: "One of my checked-in luggages, upon retrieval at the baggage claim area, did not have its luggage cover and worse, it was not locked!!! When i went to the PAL baggage assistance desk, we found out that it was inspected by TSA. So disappointing that TSA did not lock my luggage."

Desventajas: "2.5 hour check in than 3+ hour delay to take off (I flew 4 flights in one week with them, all 3+ hour delay) in flight entertainment only on app you had to download prior to departure. Small seats, airbus 330 with 3-3-3 configuration. Food was awful. Avoid this airline, any perceived thought of saving time with direct flights lost with take off delays. In Manilla all their flights were severely delayed. In country this is a running joke."

Ventajas: "Overall it was a good flight with professional staff. The ground crews did a great job in both locations!"

Desventajas: "the space of the seat is too narrow. the announcers can barely be heard. White bread at meals should be eliminated and whole wheat or more nutritious grains should be used."
Ventajas: "Their website would not let us manage our booking, ie. change seats or pay for additional luggage. Thus incurring larger fees at airport. Customer Service at airport was worthless and condescending at best!"

Desventajas: "The flight left Singapore 4 hours late. It caused me to not be able to take my fiancé to the movies before bed. I also only got 6 hours of sleep last night instead of 8. They didn't have any in flight entertainment for a 4 hour flight. It was really bare bones and it was slightly more expensive than other choices."
