Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Overall the food was okay, we had 2 small pieces of beef in one meal, the two salads has no taste and the sandwich was too salty. A passenger who sat next to my husband snored all the time and leaned a bit over my husband as he was heavy."

Excelente aerolinea. Solo sería bueno que llamen a abordar por numeros de asiento (primero los últimos y luego los primeros) para agilizar el proceso de embarque y evitar congestionamientos de gente

Desventajas: "La forma de controlar el chorro de tu aire es muy complicada. El sistema de luces individuales al estar tan alto ilumina todo. Una luz general estaba estropeada en el vuelo y se quedo enendida ( era vuelo nocturnos). Era un vuelo de bastantes horas y podrían haber dado algo más consistente de comer. Los asientos no se reclinan tanto como en otros aviones. LO PEOR EL SISTENA QUE TIENE DE ENTRETENIMIENTO INDIVIDUAL. (Sin pantalla)"
