The weather conditions were even worse on the flight I was moved to, and that flight was not cancelled. They absolutely did not care about the passengers"

Desventajas: "Changed Gates and airplanes after about a 4-hour delay Toward end of flight, the main cabin FA announced she wouldn’t be accepting half-empty water bottles as trash because Flint MI doesn’t have clean water. After an inconvenience-filled day, I thought this was pretty poor service and out of line"

Ventajas: "No surprises. On time. Courteous. I suppose the most amazing thing is their app. It tells you when your bags get on! Also I forgot that I had a knife in my pocket. I ran back to the desk and she went back, found my bag, put the knife in there. Wow. What service. Also I notice that Atlanta is a lot nicer than it use to be. Attendants are more friendly and loading is more organized. Way to go Delta."

Ventajas: "I liked the service to see if there was a chance to upgrade because of the connecting flight and even though there was a delay in the plane arriving to Alaska, the quick turn was excellent and we were in the air within a short period of time."
