They left a note saying I was sleeping when they gave out meals and offered it to me even though we were about to descend. I didn't eat the food, nor did I use the in-flight entertainment, so I can't attest to the quality in those regards."

Language was a bit difficult for me to interpret however they took whatever time needed to make sure I understood their communication. Everything is tidy and clean. A good variety of movies, games, music and information channels was provided.I will fly korean Air in the future."
Desventajas: "Boarding was a challenge because the gate staff did not announce in English. It would be more organized if they boarded sets of rows in sequence instead of mass boarding for economy. Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

Hubo un retraso al salir de Lima y casi pierdo mi vuelo de conexión por ese motivo.
Pedí un menú vegetariano por cuestiones gástricas y la verdad es que me tocaron comidas muy picantes.

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

And what a relief, since we took WestJet for our in August flight to and from Europe. Simply no comparison in all the various aspects of a flying experience."

Ventajas: "WestJet’s checkin online system is very quick, which save a lot of time. It’s so much better than air Canada in any aspects"
Desventajas: "There is no entertainment in the plane"

Ventajas: "Boarded early and flight left ahead of schedule. Plane was clean and ample leg room in economy for a 6+ footer. Flight crew were amazing and friendly with a full flight. Will be watching for WestJet deals on all our vacations."

Desventajas: "Didn’t know I needed to download the WestJet app in advance - wish there was a way to download it locally from a server on the plane and/or receive a message in advance suggesting to download. I have now downloaded it after I got off the plane and looking forward to trying it out on the return flight"

Desventajas: "Everything else. Flight was delayed by over an hour, seats are slippery and SO uncomfortable. No food, no entertainment (flight was only an hour)."

Desventajas: "Boarding time changed 3 times. 2 hours later than original schedule. Terrible pilot went around city for no reason. Terrified and poor landing skill. I've never had experience like this. Now i only have 3 hours sleep before work."

Ventajas: "It was a last minute trip, but I was able to bookwhat I needed fairly easy. I was given a lot of options as far as time and price."
Desventajas: "Sometime a lot of options can be a little stressful and/or overwhelming, but kind of expected with this type of booking site."
El vuelo salió 3 horas tarde No dieron servicio de abordo
Cancelación del vuelo de 15 horas por motivos de tripulación, y en el aeropuerto de charlotte no tuvimos derecho a hotel para descansar.

Desventajas: "Asientos, poner pantallas, que es un vuelo de 9 horas!!!! No caben los carryon en los espacios asignados!! Es todo viejo y vetusto. Tiene monitores colgados del techo!!! Parece un viaje en el tiempo a 30 años atrás. Una vergüenzas que traten a los pasajeros así. No vuelo nunca más en American."

Desventajas: "En el check in no se nos dió la oportunidad de elegir asiento, y no pudimos viajar junta toda la familia. No pudimos guardar el equipaje de cabina en nuestros compartimentos porque estaban ocupados por bultos del personal de vuelo o estaban precintados. Tuvimos que dispersar todo nuestro equipaje por todo el avión. Este echo se vio agravado porque otros pasajeros llevaron mas bultos de lo permitido. No nos llegó la ración de desayuno. Increíblemente se habían acabado. Gracias a la tripulación que sacó, no se de donde, algo de fruta, pudimos desayunar."

Desventajas: "Me hicieron pagar más por el equipaje el cual cumplía con la política de equipaje a bordo y en bodega. El personal en counter muy despota y grosero con las reclamaciones que les hacían."
