Ventajas: "The staff of ANA are so friendly and accommodating. When checking in, the woman at the counter moved me to a window seat from the middle, free of charge. They were very patient and helpful."
Desventajas: "The food was a little strange, I had salmon and rice as “breakfast” with iceberg lettuce side salad. The pieces of salmon were little shreds with a funky taste. Not bad, but not what I wanted on a long red eye flight. Also I wish there’d been more Hollywood movie selections."

Desventajas: "A pair of babies wailed and cried for almost the entire 10 hour flight. Was this ANA’s fault? Of course not, but they could’ve suggested to the parents ways to help with their children."

Ventajas: "Crews are very helpful and always have a smile in their face. Comfortable seats and entertainment system are very nice. The only thing that makes us not satisfied was the food, for 10 hours flight there’s only 1 main dish...Totally I like their service."

Desventajas: "My seat was horrible. I'm sure it was like that for everyone in economy. The seat can't recline putting me in an awkward position for the entire flight. It was a red-eye so I didn't sleep much. Maybe it was the airplane since I flew with ANA last year but with the 787. The difference is almost night and day."

Ventajas: "Honestly everything went really well. Like the title say, it was easy booking, a great price, and I got some wonderful memories to bring home."
Desventajas: "I did think about changing my departure time but the ticketing agency didn’t relly quickly enough so I was stuck. Luckily it worked out."

Desventajas: "the plane was Hot! So hot we couldn't use the blankets. The staff in Tokyo did not want to let me and my twin 11 yr olds board early. We need extra time to be organised and in our seats for a very long flight. If not we block the aisle. And that is without consideration for the fact that my daughter has limited sight so needs my help and it takes time. I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

Desventajas: "Food was too smelly. Good quality, but airplane food cannot be smelly or it get really unpleasant inside the cabin. Flight attendant need to learn and practice English. Very difficult to understand."

Ventajas: "lunch was filling, ordered gluten free meal, received more food than expected, beef steak was good, potatoes nicely roasted, also got a side of large prawns (2) and a crab leg. Aircraft is a bit dated, seats hardly reclined beyond 10 degrees."
