Should have make the spicy sauce on the side in case for people who can’t eat spicy food. They used to serve 3 meals now cut down to 2 meals... maybe it’s time to reconsider another airline."

Desventajas: "They did not have a vegetarian option available to me on board. They should have offered bottled water for a a flight this long to avoid dehydration. Also my entertainment system was faulty. It didn’t offer a wide selection of movies and halfway through the flight or completely shut down. I couldn’t even listen to music or track the flight. Staff also had difficulty understanding my English so I gave up on communication."

Desventajas: "Because of the delayed flight and getting a new boarding pass, my seat that I chose when I checked in was not available, but I guess that's to be expected. Leg space was completely non existent and it was very uncomfortable to sit when the person in front of you reclines all the way back. The food options were small and they ran out of most food items by the time they got to the back."

The inability to pick seats before checking in is an added annoying hassle. Flight was delayed in leaving from jfk to China. Flight attendant once woke me up to ask if I wanted a hot towel - It's a 15 hour flight - Wake me up to offer food but not a stupid hot towel. Small seats. I'm 5'9 and I was squished and knees killing after the flight"

Desventajas: "A friend and I flew China Southern from Bali to New York. For a 15 flight, one of our TV screens was not working. Both of our luggage were left off the flight. Any money you think you save will come out the other end -- shopping for necessities when they lose your luggage. Have recommended all my friends to never fly China Southern."

Ventajas: "whem I arrived on the aircraft I requests two business class seats which was available and we got it, two other passengers came requesting up grades to business class and was told that no seats are available. This was when boarding was complete."
Desventajas: "When the aircraft took off, I saw air hostess taking turns to sleep in business class seats that was available. Their was three seats available which was kept back for the air hostess to use personally and passengers were refuse the up grade."

Desventajas: "Me intoxique con la comida y vomite y estuve dentro del avión vomitando como 25 mnts y me fui a mi asiento y me sentí mareada de tanto vomitar y trajeron una doctora y me hizo preguntas de 3 meses si tuve algo oh alérgica a un medicamento y le dije que have 7 meses sólo había tenido un ataque al corazón que no tiene que ver con la intoxicación de la comida y dijeron que no pero no tenia nada solo el malestar u decidieron bajarme en otra Ciudad Alaska sin consultar primero y no me sentía grabe solo mareada de la fuerza del vomito y de ahí me mandaron para Ciaro luego los Ángeles y de ahí para China cantón y ahora me toca regresarme y no me dejan subir al avión si no traigo un certificado médico estoy en.China yo no conozco ningún hospital y no tengo médico de cabecera viajo al año 15 veces puedo mandar fotos de mi pasaporte y nunca me a pasado esto con la comida y menos de tirarme en otra ciudad ahora no puedo regresar a mi País de Recidemcia USA por que no quieren que suba entonces que hago aquí comprar otro ticket por que"
Ventajas: "La puntualidad y atención en la aerolínea es muy buena. Tienen variedad de películas y series. La comida es buena. Todos los asientos tienen una pequeña almohada y cobija para ir más cómodos."

Desventajas: "1. Not allowed to use phones during the flight... at all. 100% ban. This means no music on headphones or any usage at all, even in flight-safe mode. Ridiculous. 2. Forced to shut laptops down a full 30min before landing. So unnecessary. 3. My luggage was soaking wet when I unpacked... a bottle of alcohol from another bag must've smashed and spilt all through my bag. Everything was ruined and wet. 4. No entertainment on the PEK-ICN flight. 5. Crew is just generally aggressive and rude."
Ventajas: "Very comfortable business class seats, very attentive service. My husband left his electronic devices on the plain and it was very easy to receive back."

Ventajas: "Food on PKG to JFK was very good, staff on planes were nice and efficient. Lounge in PKG was roomy and not overloaded, but food was weak. The 6 across lie flat worked good for me, not as roomy as the 4 across in some competitors but for the price was very good. I would do it all again gladly if I knew they fixed the airport - but how would you know and how could you believe them."
Desventajas: "Most important AVOID Beijing for transfer. 1.5 Hours on line, open unchanneled line with cut ins and it might be 2 hours if we were not a typical couple who walked past it not believing there could be sucha large line for merely doing and international transfer. This is of course after a long long walk with minimal signage. Good thing I scheduled a 4 hour layover - it became a 2 hour stand over. A horror. If I book that again I my wife may divorce me."

Chinese man beside me got numerous drinks/snack I got one glass of orange juice ife at my seat broken and garbled. My electrical outlet did not work no compensation for lost bag"

Desventajas: "The flight attendants aren't rude, but they're not pleasant, a bit aggressive and forgetful, or they just don't care about what you ask for. They kind of treat you like you're stupid, and by the middle of the flight, you're intimidated to ask them for things."
