Ventajas: I liked Air Lingis. The crew and entertainment set up.

Desventajas: I had to RUN to get to this gate. And the number changed. I was the 2nd to last person on. International flights should have a small area to stretch and loosen up. Being large and stuffed into a small seat for so long is not good.

Ventajas: Going through US Customs in Dublin is great, makes The landing home so much easier.

Desventajas: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Ventajas: The crew were great ( very helpful). Comfort ?

Desventajas: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Desventajas: Pre landing food was not edible , otherwise good

Desventajas: The flight attendants were just awesome. First time flying with Aer Lingus and I must say they are my favorite airline henceforth

Ventajas: the seat configuration is 2/4/2 so if you get a seat by the window, you have your significant other or friend next to you and no one else which is nice. Food was decent.

Desventajas: Entertainment didn't have any interesting movies or TV shows. Bottom of the barrel. No coffee or tea was offered before landing and it was advertised.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: You are selling tickets for flights that are not available. You are taking money from people and cheating them. You should check to make sure the flights are still going

Ventajas: The crew were great ( very helpful). Comfort ?

Ventajas: Everything was on time, crew was professional, flight was really pleasant

Desventajas: Boarding was really uncomfortable - line starts at one floor and then you have to slowly climb the stairs one step at a time while holding your carry on bag. Line move slowly because of required security questioning at the gate. It’s an absolutely normal procedure and staff was really nice, but stairs - that’s what make your experience unpleasant.

Desventajas: Better entertainment

Desventajas: My biggest issue was that my seat didn't recline. 30C. It was quite unpleasant for a 5 hour flight with a large man pushing his seat farther back than it goes, in front of me. The other issue was that one gentleman flight attendant had terrible body odor. He mostly smelled like he'd been sweating, but his uniform was in desparate need of laundering ... particularly the pants. I started to mention to it with the friend that I was traveling with, and she knew what I was going to describe before I said it, despite us not talking during the flight (seats were split apart). I'd also mention - although there may not be anything that can be done - but boarding was a nightmare. A large Chicago flight had a boarding line crossing in front of our gate as we were called to get in line (no zones or row numbers). It was quite slow to be standing for 50 minutes and the entire plane settling into all rows at once.

Desventajas: No internet as described. Little leg room. Small seats

Ventajas: The getting Paris France with no delay was great! The crews where nice and the check in with quick.

Desventajas: If the airline can offer more food selections for customers who fly on economy class that would of been a plus.

Desventajas: The crew was very interested in gossiping instead of assisting their first class passengers. I sat with the same trash since the 2nd hour on a 6 hour first class trip. The entire first class cabin all had their call lights on which were ignored for over an hour. If you asked for anything they seemed to be annoyed they had to stop talking to each other. The cabin was also very warm to be an international flight.

Desventajas: Warm bus for the transfer from one plane to the next!

Ventajas: crew was verry good

Desventajas: I think the airline should offer something to eat on these long flights. For example, a small sandwich & a drink.

Ventajas: The price

Desventajas: Have a bigger airport in Reykjavik. Being bussed between connections is not efficient or comfortable and leaves little time in the layover portion of the journey.

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable, enough entertainment, staff is super nice

Desventajas: I was surprise that we were given food (i.e. sandwich) and blanket on the way to Iceland flight 614, but not on the way from Iceland flight 615. Still don't understand why

Ventajas: The crew was friendly, the planes clean, flights on time. The blankets were a very nice touch.

Desventajas: On my first flight, I paid for use of wifi, but it kept kicking me off the connection. Repeatedly, the entire time. On the second flight, there was no option for wifi at all. It would have been nice to pay for wifi once for use all the way to my destination.

Desventajas: Not enough room, way too crowded, all food is charged, entertainment content is pre-historic. A lot of room for improvement for the price you pay

Desventajas: IcelandAir was completely uncooperative when we had to cancel our trip due to uncertainty about corona virus travel restrictions. The only option was to rebook within a 6-month period with a change fee or to pay for flights that we didn’t take.

Ventajas: Seats not that good need softer seates for long haul flights

Desventajas: Dissapointed that my flight info screen does not rotate and update the screenshots like they used

Desventajas: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.

Ventajas: Everything was easy and the crew were really nice.

Desventajas: Both transatlantic flights I had requested lactose-free meal options, neither of which happened.

Ventajas: On time, as expected, no delays

Desventajas: USB chargers and more modern entertainment systems

Ventajas: That I got to visit a place as mystical as Iceland for such a low and affordable flight. My departure flight with Iceland Air was on time and although the return was a bit tardy the company did an excellent job with being transparent.

Desventajas: The flight crew could have been a bit more polite

Ventajas: I’m a fan of Icelandair. We have only done the Saga Upgrade so I cannot speak to economy. Food is great, seats are comfy, and entertainment is great.

Desventajas: I don’t really know what happened but it was over an hour for us to get our bags afterward at SFO which caused us to miss our connecting flight to LAX, so we had to wait until next day to fly. This was also the busiest travel day of the year and storms everywhere so likely out of their control. Not the hugest deal but was harder to get on connecting flight since Icelandair doesn’t have a ticket counter at SFO. Would never prevent me from flying with them again, I always have issues at SFO so avoid that airport altogether anyways- will try to go around going through there on our next iceland trip!

Desventajas: Surprise that British Airways does not have internet access on its transatlantic jets. Delta and Swiss air both had the last time I flew them.

Ventajas: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Desventajas: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Desventajas: No todas las películas tienen subtítulos.

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Ventajas: Loved the smooth ride.

Desventajas: Bathroom was pretty nasty

Desventajas: A pandemic not to occur and cause cancellation of this trip. Planned for over 6 months, cancelled.

Desventajas: Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars.

Ventajas: The price was right!

Desventajas: I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast.

Desventajas: more space and be able to recline

Desventajas: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Ventajas: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Desventajas: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Ventajas: The crews were pretty great!

Desventajas: The regulating of the temperature.

Ventajas: Due to COVID 19 we got a 737-800 on a route that usually boasts nothing better than a 717 so everything about this flight was superior to normal runs.

Desventajas: I wish DL could find a way to better manage food and drinks during the COVID 19 restrictive era.

Ventajas: The entertainer system was down all of the flight, could not charge my phone. Crew was polite but Curt.

Desventajas: Seats were a little dirty especially for the COVID-19 going around.

Ventajas: Plenty of room.
