Ventajas: "Fast checking and good service on board"
Ventajas: "Aircraft and crew service was excellent. Seats were not too comfortable"

Desventajas: "- There was a massive line for boarding and it took a while. We ended up leaving a little late because of it. - The crew overlooked the row I was in a few times. We had to call for assistance to get rubbish removed. - One of the toilets didn't have running water in the basin from the second hour of the flight onwards. - The galley in the back was locked for most of the trip. - The food wasn't cooked properly. - Everyone was asked if they wanted a drink with my meal except for me."
Ventajas: "The food was decent"
Desventajas: "The entertainment system didn't work or was buggy for the entire flight and while we got an apology, we got no other compensation. Also, with 2 hours left in the flight, the flight attendants loudly woke everyone up in the plane and forcefully raised everyone's seats, even if they were asleep, so that they could serve breakfast to everyone. That was an incredibly rude awakening."
Ventajas: "The seats are comfortable and the service is first rate. Best airline out of Virgin Australia, Air New Zealand, and Qantas based on my 3 trips to New Zealand"

This was our first time flying with Qantas Airline. Overall, this was the best flying experience we have had. Oher airline companies should learn from Qantas Airline!"

Ventajas: "Great entertainment choices. Slept most of the flight from SFO to Sydney but when awake crew was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, fruit actually better than expected."
Desventajas: "USB charging ports didn't work in my row."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed 2 hr 30 min because of catering issues. Because of that only one hot meal for 14 hr flight. Diabetic food was the worst I ever had. My prepaid seat for extra $35 AUD wasn't available. The seat was uncomfortable and the pillow was huge - I had to put it on a floor. I am surprised why Qantas is rated #9 among best airlines for 2016. I will try to avoid Qantas in the gorier."

Desventajas: "Sad because it was more crowded and we couldn't get by a window. On top of that, the sky cam must have been broken so we couldn't even watch from our screens. I won't travel on a Friday again. Would be nice to have a bit more leg room!"

Head phone jack is inside the seat arm rest which made it awkward when adjusting. No standard head phone jack but a converter is provided."

Desventajas: "My window seat was further from window than normal so could not lean against it to sleep. My overhead light was not positioned properly, so did not help much. It was centered between me and person beside, so while she slept and I wanted to use, I couldn't. Also had to push against connection plugging earphones in to make work. It was a constant effort and made hand sore. And even at best the sound was poor."
Ventajas: "The servic ed was great. One thing was that if you ar ed asleep they don't wake you up f I really your meals. I was hungry and found other passengers who were awake were eating but when I sat up di d not find anyone to ask for any food. I am a diabetic and it was hard waiting all that time u nail breakfast was served. Other than that I would say I was exrrem ed l g happy."
Desventajas: "On arrival I need Los Angeles I was taking down my hand luggage and my luggage hit th ed left side of my facell knocking off my diamond earing (silver gypsy). I waited until all passengers left and looked for I t bu t was not able to find it. I ed vendors had help from the flight attendants but we did not find it. If you could put it out there to return this to meveryone I woul d be eternally grateful. Please."
