Hubo un retraso al salir de Lima y casi pierdo mi vuelo de conexión por ese motivo.
Pedí un menú vegetariano por cuestiones gástricas y la verdad es que me tocaron comidas muy picantes.
Por una cuestión gástrica pedí menú vegetariano aunque no lo disfruté. Estaba realmente muy picante y la verdad que es la primera vez que me pasa.

No me gusto el retraso de hora y media en la salida del vuelo
Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato

En el embarque no hay contacto con personal por ser automatizado que acelera el trámite evitando posibles retrasos, intervienen para solucionar problemas. El vuelo operó en horario."

Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.

Desventajas: "The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family."

The food was not good at all. The movie options were not the best either. Also, it was so hot during the entire flight especially once we landed and taxied for 30 minutes. I flew SAS to Europe and really enjoyed my flight but this experience makes me never want to fly SAS again!"

Desventajas: "Passport control in Copenhagen is too slow to allow for a 35 minute layover. We missed our flight to Stuttgart and had to go to the transfers counter. The service at the transfers counter was outstanding and they put us onto a Lufhansa flight. In the end we got to Stuttgart 5 hours later than planned."

Me cancelaron el vuelo por el tema de la pandemia. Pero la aerolínea ICELANDAIR me cambió el vuelo para otro país.

This was never listed when I purchased these tickets, and I would not have bought from you if I had know this was your plan. I am expecting a refund for what I paid for the two checked bags round trip. If not, I will make it my life's hobby to let everyone know about your companies business practices."

Desventajas: "Cold weather and snow on Iceland meant that all aircraft needed to be de iced which took up some time. That is not the fault of the airline."

How does this happen? I am in London meeting with clients... and all I have is a sweatsuit. I don't have time to go buy new clothes, so I will look like an idiot in front of my boss and our clients. Thanks a lot Icelandair."

Desventajas: "We were delayed for two hours due to a weather delay from the day before. When we boarded our plane it was cold, and then we had to sit and wait for 45 minutes while we waited for connecting passengers. I would've preferred to be held up inside the terminal a little longer than sit on a cold plane with little communication. No water fountains at KEF"
Ventajas: "Nothing out of the normal good mannered stewards and stewardesses. We didn't experience this but when we got to our final destination, all our luggage was there at the claim area. Which means Iceland Air didn't leave it in Iceland which was wonderful!!"

Desventajas: "Food selection on the plane is very limited, quite expensive, and not that interesting. And no free nibbles. Keflavik Airport is new, but much too small to accommodate the number of customers passing through with very limited seating, a good commissary with ready-to-eat items but no eating area. Boarding was not sequential by section, but a kind of free-for-all that really slowed the entire process."

Ventajas: "It was a full flight, which caused delays in boarding. It would have been better to organize the boarding process by some kind of a system, such as rear to front or similar. When that is done, it usually speeds up the process."

Ventajas: "Kind flight staff. I'm also 6' 6" and it seemed like there was slightly more leg room in the standard seats. I wouldn't say I was super comfortable but I could still feel my legs after the flight which is saying something."
Desventajas: "Plane time delayed 30 minutes and on top of that once they opened the gate there were still long waits and a shuttle that needed to be taken to plane. Plane was boarded and took off later than expected and landed at final destination later than expected. Overall, both flights included, it was a very painful first experience using iceland air."
