The individual video screens provided a nice selection of movies, tv, games, etc. Finally, transferring in Zurich is MUCH better than the zoo that his Heathrow!"

Ventajas: "The flight attendants qere very nice and friendly. Spoke great English. They came by often with drinks and snacks. All the food was actually good! The seats were fairly comfy and there was actually room! Even when the person in front of me leaned back, my legs still didn't touch the back of the seat (I'm 5-10 with long legs). Very happy with swiss!"

Ventajas: "Passengers completely ignored the commands of the crew and crew was unable to take control of the crowd (passengers refused to follow crew's multiple demands to sit down during the high turbulence, finally crew gave up to force passengers to take a sit). Several times, standing passengers fell on the sitting ines. When at the end of the flight, the issue was pointed out to the captain and supervising flight attendant, both became aggressively defensive to the point of being rude."

Ventajas: "From my previous flight, the crew informed the flight attendants to LA about my condition. This crew checked in with me every few hours to make sure I was comfortable and had enough tissues and tea to make it through the 12 hours."

Desventajas: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

Desventajas: "I would have like an announcement to let me know what times food will be served. I woke up just as the crew had passed my row for breakfast and then couldn't get the attention of the lady to serve me breakfast. A vegan option for the menu would be excellent. The leg room on the plane was also very reduced for an 11 hour flight. I wish I would have been offered to pay an additional amount and upgrade to the business class. This option was never offered to me at check-in."

Ventajas: "Actually being able to breathe on this trip, as opposed to the first trip on your horrible planes."
Desventajas: "Being FORCED to spend extra money simply to be able to reserve the last row of two seats, in the faint hope of being able to achieve some level of comfort which was unattainable on the first flight. Having only two seats in our row and the one in front of us made the flight tolerable, but also enhanced the ludicrous ineptitude of the previous flight, wherein we were treated like so much livestock in a train car, heading for slaughter. I will never, NEVER, fly Swiss Air again."

Desventajas: "Was asked to give up my aisle seat (D 40) seat om a 13 hour flight for a less comfortable one (F). Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. Neither the parent or myself felt very good about my displacement."

Ventajas: "Like to have the gluten free option for food. I know i chose it when i got the ticket but i did not get it."

Ventajas: "Registration and baggage check was fine, no line to wait im. The flight was moderately full. Good food and beverage service (although Lufthasa is a bit better)."

Ventajas: "The flight attendants were perfect and very professional. I had a toothache on both flights back and forth. And on both flights, the crew members were always keeping an eye on me. Thanks so much. And also the pilots did an amazing job on making the flight as smooth as possible, love the 777! Thank you Swiss. I'm flying again to Athens this summer, I'm going with Swiss :)"

At the beginning of the flight he was refusing to close 4 window shades that were bothering someone on the other side of the plane, and at the end of the flight he refused to return his headsets as we were landing. The crew were amazingly polite with him. He was completely out of line."

El servicio lo dió otra aerolínea pequeña, asociada a Lufthansa y nunca nos dijeron, buscamos el vuelo en pantallas por Lufthansa y nunca se anunció que era por la otra línea casi perdemos ese vuelo por cero atención o información"
Desventajas: "Avisar cuando sea operado el vuelo por otra aerolinea. Ser puntuales por las conexiones."

Desventajas: "Pague el servicio de internet dentro del avión y nunca funcionó, a pesar de que intentaron ayudarme"

Desventajas: "Al hacer el check in, la forma de distribución de la página es diferente a la del avien en que nos enviaron y me dieron otros asientos diferentes de como los había solicitado"

Desventajas: "United no tiene procesos y. nos tuvieron con el Vuelo atrasado. Cambiando puertas y el avión lo cambiaron. Luego el Siguiente nos regredaron a media hora de vuelo. Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Desventajas: "La atención de un par de azafatas al no saber español no fue bueno el trato, mientras que con otra azafata no hubo problemas y nos ayudo a poder cambiar de asientos ya que eramos 5 personas y nos dieron los 5 asientos separados aun estando con niños"

Desventajas: "Salir con 40 minutos de demora, por trafico, pero sin dar una solución clara para no tener inconvenientes con la conexión de Frankfurt a Buenos Aires siendo todo de la misma empresa"

Ventajas: "el avion de dos pisos fue un lujo, y me encanto poder comer con cubiertos de metal y no de plastico."
Desventajas: "Mi pantalla se congelo, pero como era de noche, preferi dormir"

Ventajas: "La tripulación muy bien, pero hubo una falla en el sistema de aire acondicionado y empezö a oler a quemaso y salir humo... fue una negligencia seguir volando asi con ese problema, tuvimos que haber parado en el.aeropuerto mas cercano... nos pusieron en riesgo a todos..."
Desventajas: "Las bebidas en el vuelo y el abordaje tan lento."

Desventajas: "(1) The captain collected headsets 30 minutes before landing, causing us to miss the last 15 minutes of a movie. Why? (2) Very long cues for toilet use. (3) The baggage took more than half hour to arrive. (4) The chair in front of me reclined very far (more than those on its sides), making it very hard to eat, get up, or read. Need better maintenance."

Ventajas: "Smooth flight except for tasteless special meal"

Desventajas: "The second meal was a bit skimpy and not so tasty."

Desventajas: "Muy corta transferencia entre el vuelo Mexico - Munich y el vuelo Munich ademas de que el vuelo Mexico - Munich salio con 20 minutos de retraso, el personal de lufthansa no me ayudo a facilitar mi movimiento a traves del aeropuerto."

Desventajas: "Their computer terminals were down on the boarding area. Actually about 5 Boarding areas were down no one was available to give direction or answer questions until you got To the front of the line and many had to be sent then to a different line. Bad enough the terminals were down but not even close to German efficiency in handling the problem. Also several of the stewards were rather surly and short"

Desventajas: "Had to take a United flight to a different destination. No compensation for something I had no control over. When I am at an airport and have the opportunity to catch an earlier flight you have room on, you charge me. When this kind of thing happens - I pay with my time. Sucks"

Desventajas: "Why is there an entertainment section? In this case the airplanes didn't have anything other than a magazine. But it's ok though, the flights are fairly short for any movies"

Desventajas: "Flight hopelessly delayed leaving Sarajevo. No effort by staff to connect us or hold flights. Missed connection by 15 min. Would not recommend Austrian Airlines. Delays in all parts of this trip - both coming and going"

I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection."

Ventajas: "I never try Austrian airlines because this trip was my first trip with them and I'll say that it's one of the best trips I ever had the airport at Vienna it's very small and easy to go anywhere you want and it's super clean and the stuff at the airport are very helpful and they all speak English and I was able to get a hotel room with walking destination from the airport and it was a very good experience overall I'll definitely recommend to anyone and I'll definitely keep them on my top list"

Desventajas: "Our luggage did not make it in a 2nd flight. We had to fill out many many many oaoers st Odessa airport It took 1,5 hours & our ride to hotel did not wait for us & left. Some other taxi driver gave ya a ride & charged ys $50 rather than $20 that ya the cost of our reserved ride. When we got to our hotel, we had to pay $20 for the transfer to hotel even though he left. Now we have no toothbrush or any change of clothes & hopefully we will get our luggage tomorrow after 2pm"

Desventajas: "No snacks on flight of 12h 20min?! I was offered the appetizer (pretzel or biscuit - both of 14gr of product inside). This is unacceptable - overseas flights have to have some snacks No eye mask or ear plugs, nor socks for economy class Outdated entertainment"

Desventajas: "We landed so close to our boarding time, by the time i got through everything, i was notified that i had to go to gate 11 for a special security check...it was stressful since my flight was boarding...i found it really frustrating . Ultimately the plane waited and it worked out, but the process was long and VERY stressful."

Desventajas: "May bags didn't make the transfer and were sent on to me the following day."

Ventajas: "Crew only offered water once during the whole night flight. The entertainment programs regarding games was very restricted, both in terms of game offers as well as operation / handling"

Desventajas: "This flight switch added a layover and 8 hrs to my journey home. Not to mention I was in a middle seat on the. 11 hr leg when I had originally booked a window seat."

Desventajas: "Designs of Business Class seatings need some improvement. It seemed there was waste of useful space. Therefore, the area for Business Class seating was big but there were not enough space for everything."

Desventajas: "Cake was the same thing they served from Kosice to Vienna . There must be something better than that. It was a tad dry."

Desventajas: "Rudest flight attendants I've ever witnessed. No food or drink for six hours. Bad entertainment selection."

Desventajas: "Crew wasn't very helpful and didn't ensure my stroller was delivered at the aircraft exit Had trouble closing my suitcase into the overhead compartment and called for assistance, to which i got reprimanded for opening it in the first place Requested coffee because i couldn't get it myself, being with a sleeping toddler, to which i got a horrible answer: the flight attendant told me i had to get it myself in the kitchenette"

Desventajas: "Check in at Vienna airport was awful! Chaotic, no help! Kiosk software was horrible. Touch screens didn't work. No back button so, if you made a mistake you had to start from the beginning. Passport reader was not working properly. Machines were slow and delayed in responding. Not enough staff available for assistance. Arrival at LAX was even worse. Plane had to taxi for 30 minutes all about the airport runways. Finally got to a gate -almost on the beach! Then had to bus everyone to main terminal. Slow in getting bags to the passenger pickup. It took us 2 hours post touchdown to get out of the airport! Almost missed the airport shuttle,"
