Desventajas: "Economy Class Boarding should be done by Seat numbers or Aisle numbers. Fuselage Aisle numbers should be called first so they enter and get seated. Than other Aisle numbers should be called to be seated until the front up to Business Class is filled. It gets congested in the Aisle and frustration as passengers bump into seats and each other."

Ventajas: "I was surprised at how good the food was. Really surprised to run into someone I knew from a previous trip to Kenya. She was assisting a handicapped person, so don't know if she worked for Kenya Airways or the airport. Unfortunately, there was no time to talk."

Desventajas: "so arrive on KQ flight from bangkok which had been delayed so missed connecting flight to arusha. Then due to a complete lack of communication within the kq staff they made me miss the next connectign flight too and then expected me to wait another 10hrs for the next available flight to arusha."
