air con didnt work shower ceiling leaked had to ask mulitple times for an iron and was finally given a broken one pre payment is still pending after a week

Central location and close to all shopping and the UNESCO town central as well as the train station. It is a nice boutique hotel and I like the complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits/fruits at the lobby area. It just make the lobby feels like home.
The room is a bit small and it is very tight for us to open both large luggage together.

The lobby and sitting area are very nice and cozy, it has a billiard table and nespresso machine to make your coffee for free. Initially, there was an issue with our room and once we informed the personnel they immediately moved us to another room.
The rooms were too small for the price rate.
