The room was simple but comfortable and cosy. The cleaning was fine and the staff was helpful. The spa at casino hotel was relaxing and good.
They could have some parking for their guests, we paid a lot of parking during our stay.

Very clean, nice and helpful staff. Pool area really nice and not at all busy. Room held high standard. Breakfast at Pestana Casino Park extremely good!
The beds was simply to hard. Laying on the back or stomach was ok but the side. Also a bit noisy as our balcony was facing the main road. .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfortable large sized room. Around a 5-10 minute walk from Funchal centre. Lots of nice bars/restaurants close to the hotel. Can recommend Casal de Penha restaurant down the road from the hotel, lovely food and staff.

Location Very clean
Noisy roads all around Pestana apartment good but hotel casino staff not very warm & welcoming & spa was covered in flies which we reported to front desk as spa unattended

Room size as expected. Big comfortable bed. Good location. Very small kitchen which could have been better equipped - not even a bottle opener. Good breakfast which was taken in the Pestana Casino Hotel over the road. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The chairs were not very comfortable for sitting in in the evening, they were more like dining chairs. Poorly equipped kitchen. loads of road noise. The Pestana Casino Hotel may have been 5 star at one time, but now it is just tatty! I felt like rubbing out the 5th star and a bit of the 4th one. Pool sun beds are old and faded. Paint is flaking off everywhere. The lockers in the indoor pool area are falling apart. Many of those little rubber stoppers under the toilet seats are missing or broken. It just needs a thorough refurb.
