Desventajas: Nuestra habitación no se correspondía con un hotel (y precio) de 5 estrellas. El agua del spa no es caliente. Hacia frío y la calefacción no funcionaba. Avisamos varias veces pero no nos dieron una solución, tuvimos que dormir con mantas y edredones.

Ventajas: We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke very good English and had patience with our Spanish! Very welcoming and attentive whenever called upon and had good knowledge of Palma itself. Breakfast was nice enough again with the staff being friendly each morning. The hotel room itself was very clean and well maintained.

Ventajas: Perfect hotel can't fault it. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the spa and free facility of the sauna, hot tub, and indoor pool. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Ventajas: Hotel was fabulous. The whole was was exceptionally clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was really nice and well equipped with bathroom accessories. Lovely clean towels every day. There pool area was lovely although we didn't use it as only there for 4 days and 2 days were rather windy. The evening meal was brilliant and so much choice - you would have to be really fussy not to find anything to eat. There was a good selection at breakfast though did find some of the hot food could have been hotter. The hotel was well placed for the beach, although in November most places were closed. All in all a lovely stay

Desventajas: We weren't quite happy about the fact that at breakfast you had to queue for food - that is if you could get a table. The area surrounding the hotel seemed to cater for German customers rather than other visitors ie all restaurant menus, signs seemed to be in German.

Ventajas: Hotel is relatively new and beautifully designed, reception staff are attentive and efficient, and the room/suite was big with a stunning view of the sea. We requested a kettle which was in the room with a coffee machine. It was October, but the pool was quiet, if cold, and we had the choice of sun-beds. We had half board, and the food was amazing, breakfast was as good as you would expect for a 5* hotel, but in the evening the choice was amazing, as was the presentation. There is a fish cook and a meat cook as well as several hot choices, many vegetables and also an Asian themed counter. Best to get there early as they get busy even in October. Journey from airport is very quick so perfect for a long weekend break. Spa/fitness centre very easy to find although my wife got confused with the online booking and he=ad her treatment at the sister hotel next door. All in all, if you could pick up the hotel and place it in a nicer area, heat the outdoor pool a bit, it would be near perfect.

Desventajas: As I said before, the area is the only downfall. While the sea view from our room was amazing, you also look onto the tatty buildings between the hotel and the beach, including MegaPark. This isn't a 'pretty' part of the island. The beachfront is strewn with little bars and restaurants, hire shops and tacky gift shops. You also need to be aware this is a very German area, most people were speaking German and we were also spoken to initially in German all the time. There was a motorcycle event going on for a week at MegaPark which meant we had unbelievably noisy motorcycles revving and driving around the roads outside the hotel at all hours of the day and night. This is an annual event and unless you love bikes, it really spoils the tranquility. Getting into Palma was a doddle and less than €20 in a cab, highly recommended.

Desventajas: Hemos disfrutado de la estància y el trato del personal ha sido excelente, la única recomendación que haria seria aumentar la temperatura del agua del spa, no se podia estar màs de 5 minutos en el agua era incòmodo. El resto genial

Ventajas: El edificio con una rehabilitación muy bien realizada. Las habitaciones confortables. La ubicación en el corazón de la ciudad vieja. El restaurante gourmet con sabores a descubrir (algo lento). En general muy agradable con buen confort y estilo.

Desventajas: La mini botellita de agua que ofrecen de cortesía, rídicula y escasa, en una ciudad en la que el agua de grifo no se bebe (aunque se puede) y en un hotel de alta categoría.

Ventajas: This historic property is beautifully decorated. The staff are fun friendly and exceptionally good. Didnt eat at the hotel but enjoyed our stay enormously. Location is excellent.

Desventajas: The tower room is on 3 levels , quite poky, hard to get to and the hot tub takes forever to fill! .

Ventajas: El personal hace que te sientas muy a gusto todo el tiempo y se deshacen en hacer de tu estancia algo especial. El hotel es precioso, está reformado con muchísimo gusto y elegancia, respetando y mejorando las viejas estructuras. Su ubicación es excelente para recorrer el centro de la ciudad y también tiene un rápido acceso para hacer excursiones con el coche por la isla.

Desventajas: Nada. Lo único fue arrepentirnos de no haber pedido platos calientes en el desayuno, están incluidos en el precio y nos quedamos sin poder disfrutarlos, así que anímense a pedirlos.

El spa aunque pequeño en su punto, el agua caliente y con unos albornoces preparados para nosotros más un agua para cada uno. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con la tele y nos lo solucionaron al momento y nos ofrecieron un detalle. El desayuno perfecto y muy completo, el trato genial. A nuestra salida bajo el árbol nos prepararon un regalito. Sin duda lo recomiendo sin ningún género de dudas, para nosotros todo en general de 10.

Breakfast buffet was complete and complimented further by the a la carte menu. Rooms were luxurious, sumptuous and comfortable (we had the junior suite).

Precio excesivo para las instalaciones....!! Sin duda no volveré

Ventajas: Me aloje con mi pareja una noche en este hotel. Desde el momento en el que entras en el fabuloso patio, te reciben las chicas con una gran sonrisa y ya te sientes como en casa. Nos dieron una habitacion preciosa con vistas al patio interior, con un baño enorme y moderno, y unas camas comodisimas. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Materias frescas y un cafe delicioso. Volveremos sin duda.

Desventajas: The hotel was so private & the staff so tentative that it often felt like we were the only ones staying there. This wasn’t an issue though.

Ventajas: Well decorated and classy boutique hotel. Staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Bfast was great, esp the location in the terrace area. Perfectly located close to all the best restaurant and attractions, but in a nice quiet street. There is no gym, but they do have free day passes available for a full-equipped gym down the street. Best for couples. The vote was fully booked but I rarely saw anyone, which was great.

Ventajas: Stylish hotel benefitting from a fantastic renovation. Rooms are well presented and public areas are very classic and tasteful. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was good and close to Palma old town.

Desventajas: The bedrooms are well furnished but lacked some basic amenities, such as a kettle/tea making facilities, an iron and only one small wardrobe. In addition, the hotel charged for bottled water in our room. Given a 5 star rating, these should be provided. Also, staffing numbers appeared to be stretched at times, for example in the evenings the barman doubles up as a waiter in the restaurant which means the bar at times in not manned.

Ventajas: Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación muy limpia, bien insonorizada y con un diseño exquisito. Se trata de un antiguo Palacio rehabilitado con mucho gusto. Además muy céntrico y tranquilo, ideal para callejear por el centro de Palma o también para visitar la Catedral. El.personal muy amable también.

Ventajas: La ubicación y las instalaciones, así como el personal

Ventajas: El Hotel es ESPECTACULAR La relación calidad/precio muy buena. Hemos estado un fin de semana un grupo de cuatro amigas y nos ha encantado el hotel. Nos recibieron con una copa de cava, cosa que no esperábamos y nos sorprendió gratamente. El desayuno es magnífico. Está en primera línea de playa, muy cerca del aeropuerto y muy cerca de Palma. Las habitaciones estándar dobles, un pelín pequeñas pero muy acogedoras y muy limpias. El SPA, gratuíto es un punto, muy bien atendido. Nos comentaron que aunque hiciéramos el Check out a las 12:00 podríamos incluso ducharnos pasada esa hora para poder disfrutar de la ciudad hasta la hora del vuelo de vuelta. Genial, la verdad. El personal del hotel muy atento y amable. La paz, al ser un only adults se nota muchísimo.

Desventajas: Aunque está cerca de la playa y de todo, en los alrededores hay muchos locales de alterne, quizás por eso es mejor que no sea un hotel para ir con niños Nuestras habitaciones daban a los tejados de un parking y las vistas eran un poco feas, pero ninguna de estas dos cosas nos ha impedido disfrutar de Palma a tope en un gran hotel

Desventajas: La bebida en el comedor de la cena la encontré excesivamente cara pagar por dos Coca-Cola pequeñas Y ni siquiera te ponen hielo cinco euros y pico lo encuentro excesivamente caro por todo lo demás muy bien.

Ventajas: The location was brilliant - just across the road from the beach. The pool was lovely, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was of a helpful, friendly, clean, upmarket hotel. The beds were so comfortable. The balcony had some wonderful rocking chairs to sit in and enjoy the view. The food was lovely.

Desventajas: Nothing about the hotel. However, be aware that if you're not German then you will be seriously outnumbered in the resort.

Ventajas: - The management was amazing. - Friendly and attentive staff. - Quality of food, although I wished for more variety in some nights, especially considering a person that is not a fan of sea food. - The Spanish dinner on Thursday was very tasty and if you are a sushi fan, you will love the Tuesdays dinner. - Loved the room cleaning service. - There is some cold food and coffee/tea available after 2 AM for people who are partying late or catching an early flight.

Desventajas: - I cannot compare the quality of service in this hotel with other 4 stars on the island, but I think this was pricy for a 4 star hotel. - The dinner service duration was way too short, only 7-9:30 PM. - I sometimes wished for a handmade than a machine made Cuppocino. - The design of the hotel and rooms are not as nice as the photos. - It would be good to have more space to hang your clothes on the balcony. - The pools are small and useless, but apparently this is a thing in most of hotels in Majorca.

Desventajas: Outdoor pool is not heated, water therefore cold. Indoor pool much too small. Spa not great.
