“Everything, from the moment we arrived the staff were lovely, very helpful and full Covid protocols were in place, the room was a good size with a balcony (room58) with side views to the pool area and a sea... everywhere in the hotel was absolutely spotless... The pool bar was excellent serving food and drinks through the day, we ate there every day and were not disappointed with any of the food we had special thank you to Pedro (i think) and Greta.... prices for food and drink were slightly less than in the town... and the beer came in glasses kept in the freezer which was much appreciated by me... Three pools (one for toddlers) all have plenty of sunbeds available, never failed to find one (towels from reception) most of the sunbeds were in the sun most of the day.. so perfect, all clean and well looked after and this area looks pretty new... Breakfast and evening meals were good with plenty of variety , due to Covid the staff served you instead of self service but thy were all in masks and gloves with plenty of hand sanitiser available in the restaurant as well as around the hotel... 10/10 for the owners and staff for the hard work they have put in making guest feel safe, comfortable and welcomed during there uncertain times.. We had an absolutely brilliant time. A big thank you to you all at the Hotel Anna and we will return in the not to distant future”
