NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN

I WAS THERE WITH MY KIDS AND THEIR FAMILY AND WE GOT THERE AROUND 3;30 PM AND 2 OF THE ROOMS WERE NOT READY UNTILL 5:45. OUT OF THE 4 ROOMS WE HAD RESERVED FOR THE EVENING AND CONFIRMED THE DAY PRIOR THAT WE WOULD BE ARRIVING AROUND 3-3:30ISH AND VERIFIED THE ROOMS WOULD BE READY AS WE HAD A WEDDING TO ATTEND AROUND 6PM. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WERE ALL EXTREMELY STRESSED OUT WITH THE ACCOMMODATIONS PIECE AND BEING ABLE TO GET READY AND BE ON TIME TO THE WEDDING. SADLY, THE FRONT DESK STAFF SEEMED TO NOT CARE AND DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAYED ROOMS.

filthy floors for starters

No carpeting, which was okay. The floors were a vinyl with a wood pattern. They were sticky and filthy. We asked that housekeeping clean them while we were out for the day, but when we came back late in the evening they were still dirty. Also, we were told when we checked in that if we wanted fresh towels or housekeeping service that there would be an extra charge. Although it was an extended stay hotel with a small kitchen there were no dishes, utensils, or cookware. You had to get that at the front desk. There wasn't even a coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. It also appeared as if this hotel was part of a program to house homeless. Wish we'd known before we paid full price to stay here. Terrible place.

Supongo que estaba en una habitación para no fumadores. Entré en la habitación y ¡el olor a humo era abrumador! Regresé al frente e informé al personal de que la habitación había sido fumada. Me informaron que lo lamentaban, ¡pero no me podían poner en otra habitación! Me dijeron que rociarían la habitación. ¡esto no funcionó! ¡nunca me quedaré en otra Estancia prolongada!
