Kind and service oriented staff

Room with a few of the hall was horrible, the window could not open and the airco could not cool so I did sleap in hot room. the hall downstairs was entered during the night and the people building some stands made a lot of noice.

I've made last minute booking - booked a night in the hotel thru www.booking.com only 40 minutes before arrival, near 10pm. When I arrived to the hotel receptionist told me that booking office is open till 8pm, so she can't see my reservation still, and she can't give me a room for the price I've booked, only for a regular price. I asked for a manager, she told that the manager is also absent at this time. She was very impolite and tried to put me out without any rooms. But I persuaded so she was needed to call a manager. The manager explained her everything by the phone, so finally she managed to give me my room. But she even didn't excuse.

I wouldnt choose this hotel if i didnt take part at exhibition. not comfortable for people who came for sightseeing, far from the city, through there is a metro station 5 min from it.

Only one english speaking staff, room service operator could not speak english. Considering this hotel is located next to an International Exhibition Centre, there should be english speaking staff.
