It is a very friendly place to stay and the beds are very, very comfortable.
We arrived after the front desk closed at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday. We were not told where to find the key. Someone forgot to inform us (by e-mail). We have discussed this procedure with the manager and hopefully this will take care of the issue.

We loved everything about it......location, staff, friendly.......not a large chain where you can't get personal service!!! The staff went out of their way to help us with everything we asked about or for.........even little things like trying to find souvenirs. They called a local person who makes souvenirs for that particular area. The lady brought her wares to the hotel and set up a little shop right there in the lobby for us! It was wonderful!! Bet you would never, never find that in a large chain hotel! We look forward to staying here again in the future!! Highly recommend!!
