The relaxed atmosphere, very nice, clean spa/sauna and the comfortable lounge. The quiet surroundings are very therapeutic. Staff members were very helpful.
The meals are well prepared with good service although a bit expensive.

The Bayrisches Haus is a gem. Built in 1847 by Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm IV for his wife Elisabeth Von Bayern. Hidden in a heavily-wooded park it is simply excellent. The hotel is very quiet, super clean, non-smoking. Rooms are charming, nicely decorated and furnished, with excellent beds. Windows have anti-mosquito screens. Amenities include a heated indoor pool, a beautiful spa and sauna, and free high speed internet. You find complimentary mineral water, tea & Nespresso coffee plus fruit in the room. The service is professional and friendly. The hotel is top of the range.

We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant - our best in Germany. The hotel is situated next to a gorgeous park and the bike riding is terrific. Pottsdam is a terrific small city.
The whole place was full of mosquitos the size of helicopters and no air conditioning.
