stuffy aer in the room, walls are printed with dirty finger, floor was dirty, the switch was broke, even if i booked the room for 6 nights i check out after 4 nights, and italian owner was not pleased with it and he ask me to pay for 6 nights. on internet they posted nice and clean room, but the reality was a nightmare.

Personal attention of hotel owners to every guest. Family like atmosphere of everyone dropping in, e.g. taxi drivers, deliveries, etc. Proximity to Iulius Mall and Praktiker shops.

The owners were very helpful. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was fairly well equipped. The location is good but a little far from the historical center if you don't have a car.

Since the bed and bath are up rather steep stairs, older people or others having difficulty with steps may want to stay elsewhere.
