Hotel Elitsa

The choice of international television channels.

It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel staff as they did not speak much English.

staying at elitsa was ok. it was near the commercial street of the village "pirin street" and generally easy to find. the room was fine but a little smaller than i thought.

breakfast was very poor, and of low quality. the staf was not speaking english or anyother language except bulgarian. the services were poor, and the jakuzi out of order! also the smell at the entrance was horrrible. it was a mix of garlic and cigarette smoke. i wonder, they still permit smoking in the lounge areas...?

they dont speak good english the dont get early the fax for the reservesion from booking and the breakfast is poor
