The staff were superb, very friendly and professional. Our room was large and opened out to the garden

Although the food was of a very high standard , the complimentary soup was tepid as was my stater and also it alll came way too fast

All the staff and managment were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The restaurants were all (three of them) excellent, including the atmosphere and the food and the service and the staff were all excellent. The Spa was also excellent. It is expensive, but for a luxury treat in real comfort, you can't beat it.

The Staff and facilities are all excellent. Three different styles of Restaurant on site all producing very good standard of food. Bedrooms are well furnished and the Oakwood style of room was large enough to accomodate a lounge area.

Difficult to book times in the Restaurants that you require, even 24 hours in advance. This is not mentioned in any literature.

Spa facilities, comfort and excellent Thai resturant.
