Desventajas: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Desventajas: Customer service from the crew, it could be nicer and better attitude and more positive.

Ventajas: All services were very good.

Desventajas: Overnight sleeping in extended seats in Business Class were cramped.

Ventajas: Friendly crew, comfortable seats, good boarding process!

Desventajas: The suitcase did not zrrive

Desventajas: I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast.

Desventajas: Personal very rude no manners to answer Questions or direct people.

Ventajas: The Crew was great. Friendly and attentive.

Desventajas: Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable

Desventajas: The seats were very hard. It was very uncomfortable sitting that long I’m those seats

Desventajas: We had to cancel our flight after driving 3 hrs to the airport due to Coronavirus. We tried to do everything online or by phone the night before to see what our options were. We were willing to travel but the airline said they couldnt guarantee a flight back. We can’t reach anyone for a refund.

Ventajas: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.

Desventajas: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.

Desventajas: The cabin was a little cool for me during at least half of the flight

Ventajas: Poor service overall. Seats were just like in the economy area, not much different.

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Ventajas: The BA crew made every effort to insure a comfortable overnight flight. The crew were attentive in roaming without being intrusive. They seemed well drilled in serving on a red eye flight.

Ventajas: BA lounge at Boston Airport

Desventajas: Departure delayed more than 2 hours

Desventajas: overhead storage was inadequate. People were allowed to carry on bags to large to fit the overhead bins correctly.

Ventajas: Flight left on time, plane was clean, entertainment options were good and flight attendants were cordial.

Desventajas: Food was marginal- avoid the chicken curry.

Ventajas: Got us there safely

Desventajas: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Ventajas: Early morning flight so left on time and arrived early. Staff excellent.

Desventajas: Seats are grim like most European carriers in coach...

Ventajas: It was wonderful

Ventajas: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Desventajas: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Desventajas: I’m just thankful the Castlegar flight went.

Ventajas: The crew that greeted us (and sorted out seats) was excellent.

Desventajas: We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport.

Ventajas: Crew is ok.

Desventajas: Be on time

Desventajas: If it wasn’t 3 hours late.

Desventajas: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Ventajas: There is a nothing to mention that was memorable or comfortable.

Desventajas: I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future.

Ventajas: I never took it because.....

Desventajas: your customer service agent refused to help, and I had to fly to New York and take a different flight to London, and the whole thing cost me an extra $2900.

Ventajas: It was not Finnair it was all British airways.

Ventajas: British airways is always a good choice for me, never had a bad flight with them.

Ventajas: The crew was super nice. Everything went smoothly.

Desventajas: My gluten free meal had a carrot cake... the first ingredient was Wheat! If you have any type of allergy do not trust their food!

Ventajas: Crew was great flight was comfortable however checking in bags and printing boarding pass was slow and also very unorganized

Ventajas: I thought the airline amenities were excellent and it was a seamless process getting on the flight. The flight attendants were very warm and accommodating. I felt immediately welcome as soon as I got on the flight. I liked that they were playful with my son and engaged him.

Desventajas: Nothing. We did leave a piece of luggage on the plane so hoping that things turn out okay.

Ventajas: Being on time

Ventajas: The seats reclined at a good pitch and were very comfortable. The crew were friendly and service was good.

Desventajas: I understand that on the night flight, they were trying to keep the lights up for dinner service, but it prevented my toddler from being able to sleep and thus made for a difficult rest of the journey.

Ventajas: Nice crew

Desventajas: You give no room for passengers to sit comfortably. We are crammed in the airplane like sardines in a can. No legroom, small seats, etc.

Ventajas: The seat i got was great

Desventajas: We were delayed about 40 minutes due to air traffic. It appears they knew that, and we could have waited in the air conditioned terminal, rather than on the plane. And, I could have informed my Niece I would be arriving late, but I had no Wifi.

Ventajas: Amazing flight , crew excellent , good food. Definitely I will travel again with Austrian Airlines
