Ventajas: The boarding, comfort and crew were excellent. Everything is very organized and professional.

Desventajas: I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. The hotel was great and I appreciated the good food and rest. However, it took nearly an hour each way to the hotel. I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed.

Ventajas: Food

Desventajas: Person being me wouldn’t allow me To recline my chair and flight attendant didn’t do anyThing about it.

Desventajas: A free upgrade to a business class seat :(

Ventajas: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Desventajas: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Ventajas: Crew was great

Desventajas: Boarding is a zoo. Boarding by row is faster.

Ventajas: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Ventajas: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.

Desventajas: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Desventajas: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.

Desventajas: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Desventajas: Turkish airlines desk crew in DC. Really old aircraft with problems with recliner in business class from IST to LHE. Wooo likely not fly Turkish airlines in future

Ventajas: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew

Ventajas: Amazing crew, fast boarding.

Desventajas: Uninspired food. I was served the same meals 30 years ago.

Desventajas: I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane.
