Everything from the littlest of details such as how great the hotel smelt. Staff were great and accommodating whereby they let me check in early knowing my flight landed early morning. Very surprised this wasn't a 5 star hotel!

the hotel was 15 mins by walk to the centre of Bruxelles, really friendly staff, awesome view, price comparison for the service received was well worth it only thing missing was slippers in the room except that everything including staff,comfort, view and price is awesome!

La ubicación, el diseño del hotel, las vistas de la ciudad desde la habitación. Todo perfecto. El único “pero” es que el desayuno fue un poco caro para lo que era. Todo lo demás impecable.

The location, spa, sauna, fitness room, view, service, parking spot, tv, utility sets, cleanliness.. will definitely reccomend
This isn’t a big deal for now but the bathrooms may need to be renovated in the near future as we have seen a tiny rust that is starting to form in the corners.
