The great warm welcome from the reception staff was very welcome after a long drive. Good hospitality.

Location was good for my business trip.

On arrival I was kept waiting while staff member finished off sociaI conversation! I ordered room service which was cold and poor value for money. When I checked out my bill was wrong and I am still trying to resolve overcharging! A real shame as it could have been so much better.

The traditional pub area with open fire with the big screen although the bar itself was shut even though there was football on !!

I would suggest the rooms be updated, dark wooden furniture looks good if its quality furniture in large classic rooms, otherwise it just looks old and dated.
