Ventajas: The hotel has been renovated to a very high standard. Damia and Diego were extremely friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and there was a good variety of food at breakfast.
Desventajas: The only reservation was that it was almost impossible to get away from the constant piped music. The feature on the hotel in the latest magazine says it is a haven of tranquillity . People of all ages now have their own music so it is not necessary to play music continuously.

Ventajas: I wish I had written this closer to our stay as intended, so I will try and do the place and service from staff justice. We arrived at 2am following an issue with flying over French airspace. Not knowing that reception at Forum closed at midnight, Rianne waited up for us, to ensure we could check in. She was so warm in greeting us and almost apologetic for our extended journey. This was a level of interaction and service that we would become accustomed to over the next 5 days. Sitting in reception and taking in our surroundings, we instantly felt calm after our journey. The next morning we woke to the charming buzz of the square just outside of our window. Our room was spacious, comfortable and organically designed. As we adjusted to our surroundings we quickly realised that this theme and feeling ran throughout the hotel. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. If only you could start everyday with such a spread.. Meeting the rest of the team over the next few days, Damia and Diego, we didn’t just feel like customers. Our interactions were so much more personable than you usually experience as a guest, we had some genuine laughs (Damia with his special Cafe Velenciana

Ventajas: Everything is just amazing. Fascinating interior design, reception staff willing to go extra mile to help, good breakfast, simply stunning stay. It’s in the mid of the old town with ample parking around the town wall which is just 3 mins walk tops. Can’t recommend it enough if you are in the area. We were also offered a free upgrade and were pleasantly surprised.

Ventajas: This hotel is stylish, yet comfortable. It is ideally situated, close to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room just perfect with its view over the town square. The little courtyard with swimming pool was an added bonus and perfect for relaxing without having to leave the hotel. I would highly recommend Forum for a stay.

Ventajas: Son amabilísimos. Desde que llegas pareces más un amigo que un cliente. Tuvieron el detalle de felicitar a mi marido por su cumpleaños y dejarnos una botella de cava en la habitación. La habitación resultó muy cómoda porque todo está cuidado al detalle y la decoración de todo el hotel es de muy buen gusto. La zona de spa nos encantó y la localización es la mejor para estar en el centro de Alcudia. Por último, el desayuno, excelente.

Ventajas: The property has been rebuilt to a very high standard, the room was superb and the bathroom the same.
Desventajas: There are no staff on duty after breakfast. It is not possible to buy any food or drink after breakfast, and certainly not in the evenings. There is no alternative but to go out in the evening, as in the hotel there is insufficient lounge space to accommodate all guests, there is only the outside courtyard. In our case, when we arrived I noticed there was no milk with the tea/ coffee tray. I was told that there would be milk available next morning at breakfast (?) and if we needed any before then, there was a Supermarket across the road. Not a good start to our holiday. There was no cooked food available at breakfast, and my request for poached eggs was refused.

Ventajas: El encanto de la casa, muy bien conservada y ubicada en el centro histórico . El patio para desayunar es excelente , al igual que el desayuno, un oasis de paz. La cama comodísima. Y por supuesto, la amabilidad de los anfitriones. Las playas muy cerca del alojamiento, pero éste está suficientemente apartado del exceso turístico. La ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la Alcudia y visitar la zona, las bahías, Formentor y otras poblaciones interesantes como Pollensa. Aparcamiento cercano y gratuito.

Ventajas: Rose Marie is an excellent multilingual host, full of local information and providing a very friendly helpful service. Breakfasts are excellent with some nice touches and all very relaxed atmosphere in the garden. Also offers additional touches such as a honesty bar and beach towels. Great location.
Desventajas: Although of a particular slightly formal style, rooms lacking a tiny bit in comfort but very spacious and not really a problem.

Ventajas: This small hotel reminded some wonderful, but mysterious hotels and houses from Agatha Christie novels. Breakfast was served in the lovely small internal garden - a nice start of the day! Fresh orange juice and good coffee made it even better. I think the hotel has the best location in old town: in the very center, but not surrounded by noisy shops. One of few places I would like to return.

Ventajas: The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. We wish we would have had more than two nights. The shower was luxurious, we had wonderful massages, and the welcome drink was very much appreciated. We only wish the indoor pool was open a bit later!

Al entrar nos hicieron un tour por todo el hotel ya que al estar dividido en dos edificios puede generar algo de confusión a la hora de ir a tomar la copa de bienvenida y saber dónde se sirve el desayuno...que por cierto, está riquísimo! El hotel tiene un encanto especial :)
Desventajas: No hubo nada que no me gustara, aunque nos hubiera gustado saber que el restaurante solamente daba servicio de cena de jueves a sábado...ya que nuestra idea era cenar en el restaurante.

Ventajas: Very centrally located in Old Alcudia, beautiful and tastefully renovated buildings with everything one might need for a shortish stay.....small pools, great breakfasts, very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms not huge but with plenty of storage and great bathrooms although no where to hang the complimentary dressing gown....our only complaint. We had dinner on site one night, not to our taste but the other couple dining thought if was superb, so who knows? In house bar, complimentary water and tea or coffee both in rooms and reception. Good value for money.
Desventajas: Just our dinner but that was a matter of taste rather than anything more.

Beautiful pool areas, tranquil and very clean. Excellent variety of breakfast food (the freshly cooked eggs were delicious!). Beautiful location in a quiet part of town with a wide range of restaurants a very short walk away. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Can Mostatxins for a wonderful stay!

Ventajas: It was very interesting to watch the hotel as a living ecosystem. All the staff were very helpful and kind, but Aleksandra was the best. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very tasty. It was really close to the beach and the pool was also nice place to relax. I recommend renting a car in Mallorca - by car the transfer from the airport is very fast and parking was easy in the public car park not far from the hotel.

Ventajas: We loved the Hotel, and the staff were charming.. we had to pay to upgrade our room as the first room was dark with no views.. we had asked for a sea view.. ended up with a part harbour view, but the room was nice .

Desventajas: First night we spend in a smelly room(sewage/mould) luckily it was no problem to get another room.. however this next room had a leaky airco unit.We suspect the first room was known to have a smell-problem so not very good customer service to knowingly put us there in the first place.

Ventajas: La ubicación y la profesionalidad de algunos de sus miembros del personal. Hacen buena hostelería, te hacen sentir un cliente importante y eso se valora ( aunque sepas que es su trabajo), no todo el mundo sabe hacer su trabajo bien y aqui nos demostraron que si saben hacerlo.
Desventajas: Los postres del menu. La habitación no está bien insonorizada.

Ventajas: Lo que más nos ha gustado fue el trato personal, destacando la labor y el cariño de Mariajo, que es espectacular. Desventajas: It’s a great location for Alcudia Old Town but you definitely need a car if you’re planning on going anywhere else - including a beach.

Ventajas: Teniamos que hospedarnos en una habitación doble estandar y por disponibilidad nos alojaron en una doble con vistas al mar, y estuvimos muy agradecidos. Ventajas: On arrival at the hotel the first thing you notice is how spotless the place is - staff are friendly and polite and helpful , the rooms are spacious and well presented and modern , the food is excellent with great choices each morning and evening , the facilities brilliant although if you use a gym you may find this one a little lacking in equipment, evening entertainment varied with many tribute acts and the bar area is pleasant and upto date with a great choice of drinks - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel or return again

Ventajas: La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno fenomenal, mucha variedad y muy rico. El hotel está muy bien, tiene snack bar en la zona de la piscina, restaurante y animaciones. Dispone de toallas de cortesía y es fácil aparcar por la zona. En nuestro caso que volábamos por la tarde y no tuvimos opción de hacer late check out, nos facilitaron toallas de playa para poder ir a la playa o usar las instalaciones del hotel, y posteriormente de ducha para poder cambiarte en los vestuarios del spa. Se agradece muchísimo para poder disfrutar hasta el último momento. La amabilidad del personal del hotel es un plus.
Desventajas: Por poner una pega, he echado en falta una botella de agua complementary en la habitación, teniendo en cuenta que el agua de Palma no es potable.

Ventajas: Loved the comfort & cleanliness of the room. We had a suite which was great for space. The staff are simply amazing! Very friendly & nothing is too much trouble for them. Special shout outs to Yvette, Marcus & Yolanda but they were all fantastic! The location is great with only a few minutes walk to the centre of town or to the beach. Breakfast is laid out buffet style for the cold meats cheeses etc then you order hot food - eggs etc. We didn’t use the restaurant on a night preferring to go into the town centre bars & restaurants. We did order off the pool snack menu which was good but they put mustard mayo in everything & the cheese on the pizza is weird. The pool area is great. The hotel provide towels & you can take these to the beach if you wish. The spa is lovely & a good facility to have if you get a bad weather day.

No dressing table area with a mirror to sit at with sockets for hair straighteners to do hair & make-up Mini bar / fridge too high up to reach comfortably No where to dry wet costumes in the room. Ventajas: We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was very quiet so we had a good nights sleep. There was plenty of space everywhere and the staff were lovely. We realise it is late in the season but that was what we really enjoyed.

Ventajas: Personal muy atento y amable. Todo muy limpio aunque sólo disponíamos de un rollo de papel higiénico para la estancia de dos noches. En el baño no había ninguno más ni tampoco nos dejaron al siguiente día después de la limpieza al ver que ya estaba a la mitad.
Desventajas: Justamente se estropeó la caldera y tuvimos que ir al otro hotel que aunque estuvo bien no tuvieron en cuenta que necesitaba limpieza y reposición de toallas limpias ya que habíamos ido el día anterior. Tuvimos que ir a buscar las limpias al otro hotel. Aunque también disponía de bañera de hidromasaje no tenía nada que ver con la de nuestra habitación. Entendemos que siempre hay imprevistos y que tuvimos la opción del otro hotel pero al menos a parte de unas disculpas una invitación de una noche o incluso una comida por las molestias ocasionadas no hubiera estado mal.

Ventajas: The property has been rebuilt to a very high standard, the room was superb and the bathroom the same.
Desventajas: There are no staff on duty after breakfast. It is not possible to buy any food or drink after breakfast, and certainly not in the evenings. There is no alternative but to go out in the evening, as in the hotel there is insufficient lounge space to accommodate all guests, there is only the outside courtyard. In our case, when we arrived I noticed there was no milk with the tea/ coffee tray. I was told that there would be milk available next morning at breakfast (?) and if we needed any before then, there was a Supermarket across the road. Not a good start to our holiday. There was no cooked food available at breakfast, and my request for poached eggs was refused.

Also 3 minutes on foot maximal away from the bus stop of the city. You can even go to the beach in Port d Alcudia on foot. The apartment was huge! Bigger than the one I live in. Everything was comfortable, perfectly equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Definetly go to the 5th floor to enjoy the view from the roof top. Amazing. Internet was fast. Lift is available so very practical if you have heavy luggage. Great value for money.

Ventajas: Having chosen these apartments on the basis of convenience and price compared to a hotel stay we were not disappointed. They are positioned overlooking a square adjacent to the archway which leads you directly into the old town and only a few minutes from the bus station. From our window there was an attractive view over the town and to the mountains beyond. On arrival we were struck by the generous proportions and considerable storage space. The furnishing was not luxurious but perfectly adequate, the two large living room sofas doubling as beds if required. The seperate bedroom had two comfortable single beds, making one double if required, plus lots of bedding and storage space. There was a reasonable size bathroom with modern walk in shower and at the end of the corridor a fully equipped kitchen: electric hob, microwave, crockery, pans, utensils. The apartment was almost identical to my own near Tarragona, Spain, and I could happily have moved in for an extended period. The reception desk, open from 9.00am till 5.00pm, was staffed by a friendly, helpful assistant. We didn't use it, plenty of choice in town, but there is a restaurant and bar at street level for breakfast and snacks if required. For, in our case, just 50 euros a night we considered it a bargain. We would definitely stay there again.

Ventajas: Very clean, modern and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast: carefully chosen, without an excessive amount of foods. Good location (but of course all locations in Alcudia are equally good). Safe inner yard to store bikes.
Desventajas: Some people may find the design of the shower/toilet too open: for us no problems, but for shy couples this may be an unpleasant surprise.

Ventajas: We were given a free upgrade to a duplex with a sauna, jacuzzi and terrace with a swimming pool for free! The duplex was so spacious and wonderful. It felt like our home away from home. Simply wonderful!

Ventajas: We got a room with sea view and it was super nice!
Desventajas: Staff at the bar was unfriendly. Wanted to charge me 2,5€ for a cup of hot water that I needed to take my health infusion. Also at the restaurant no one told us that we had to pay the drinks at the moment as they couldn’t charge the room and we got chased by a waitress to collect the payment.

Day 3..10-09...2 persons...140 euro Day 4...11-08 ...persons.....140euro We protested with the staff at Reception who were very polite.The not so friendly Manager eventually agreed to reduce the 500 rate to 200.Altogether a very unpleasant experience

Ventajas: Views and location of hotel lovely
Desventajas: A child at 8 is classed as an adult and charged adult prices for foid, but a child aged 11 is not allowed in the inside pool, a child has to cross a road to use a pool, not very clever and rediculous to charge adult prices from age 8. Bathroom smell was disgusting and my son could not sleep in his bed next to the bathroom, had to sleep with us. No food for children, did not cater for children.
