Ventajas: La habitación está bien equipada y muy cómica. El personal es amable y servicial. Un hermoso hotel bien decorado con comodidades modernas.

Desventajas: El servicio en los restaurantes era un poco esporádico. Presión del agua de la ducha un poco débil. No se podía hacer la salida a través de la televisión, y en persona era lento.

Ventajas: Conserje muy agradable y experto

Desventajas: No nos gustó la habitación primero pero después de quejarnos recibimos una mucho más pequeña, pero con mejor vista. ¿Por qué no nos proporcionaron la mejor habitación inicialmente?

Ventajas: Me encantó la elegancia del hotel, servicio y azotea.

Desventajas: Nada, simplemente perfecto!

Desventajas: En un hotel de esta categoría, que solo hablen Griego o inglés, me parece un poco excaso, yo hablo 4 idiomas y ninguno de ellos me sirvió para el Check-in o si tenía problemas.

Ventajas: All the staff exceeded my expectations as I proposed to my partner. Congratulations to all, guys and thank you for everything! 5 stars all the way.

Ventajas: The Hotel is placed in the main square of Athens (Syntagma), in front of the parliament and 3 minutes walking distance from the shopping area and from the historical part of the town. Within 15 minutes walking there is the Stadium Panathinaiko as well athe Acropolis, Agora and museums. The Hotel is located within an historical building, with three restaurants, including one on the 8th (top) floor with a spectacular view on the Parthenon and Acropolis. The Spa as well as the internal, heated swimming pool is very nice, also coupled with an efficient beauty saloon. Breakfast is served on the restaurant on 8th floor, and offers a wide variety of traditional or continental breakfast with the possibility to have more elaborated choices. The rooms (we had a room on the 5th floor, also named as Butler floor) which was a suite, equipped with two TVs, a large Queen bed and a very large bathroom, with Shower and bath. The service is always punctual. A note of merit to the concierge who helped us with many request, always providing an excellent service and suggestions

Ventajas: La vista de la Acrópolis desde el restaurante era estupenda. Excelentes las comidas, el desayuno y la atención de los comedores. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas, señoriales, clásicas y muy bien conservadas. La habitación no estaba a la altura pese a ser de luxe, etc.

Ventajas: Location was perfect-right in the middle of a great safe area to be in. It was convenient to good restaurants and the historical sights in Athens. Wonderful place to stay. It was a real treat for us.

Desventajas: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I was pleased with staff, location, and room. Restaurant on top was beautiful with excellent service. We went up to rooftop for cocktails, and there was an amazing view.

Ventajas: The hotel has an amazing restaurant with great food, and a view of the Acropolis. It is also well situated, and isn't too far from many tourists sites or the airport. The food was amazing too!

Desventajas: The hotel doesn't have a fitness centre and you need to use the one next door. It's quite uncomfortable, especially for late night workout sessions.

Ventajas: Location is excellent - close to many tourist attractions and shops.

Desventajas: Value for money....no. there are hotels that are about as good in better locations for half the cost.

Desventajas: En la recepción el personal distante y no siempre colaborador (confunden el trato "refinado" con el distanciarse del huesped), no así los porteros y botones... muy amables

Ventajas: Nuevo y con una sensación de vanguardia. Buena ubicación, justo en el corazón de todo. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones funciona bien en los calurosos días de verano.

Desventajas: La forma en la que el hotel es nuevo y de última generación se siente como si se hubiera reunido muy rápidamente, y dentro de unos años no será tan agradable. Las duchas parecen tener fugas de agua por todo el baño. El servicio en el restaurante/bar de la azotea es mediocre.

Ventajas: El desayuno muy bien, especialmente por las vistas y el servicio. Muy variado, pero se torna repetitivo cuando tu estancia se alarga.

Desventajas: Tamaño de la habitacion Poca variedad para desayunar. Ademas, las mesas tenian manteles individuales que ni limpiaban ni cambiaban de un comensal a otro.

Desventajas: The rooftop restaurant is terrible! The view is incredible. The food there is as bad as it gets. Take in the view during the free breakfast; the meals they serve there at all other times is not worth paying for (it is disgusting, masquerading as "haute cuisine" The spa is nice but lacks any written guidelines to ensure guest tranquility. Letting children use the spa and having no rules relating to that can ruin the experience for other guests. Kids shouldn't be in the hot tub/heated pool area unsupervised. Nor should they be learning how to swim or doing water tricks. It's supposed to be peaceful. Children shouldn't ruin experience for other guests. We couldn't use sauna or steam room because it was overrun with young kids. I have no problem with children but the lack of any rules or restrictions as it pertains to the spa is really problematic at Electra Metropolis. as a result my enjoyment of facilities was extremely limited.

Ventajas: Breakfast was very good. The Spa massages was very good. Location is very central. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Ventajas: The hotel is in the superb and the classy part of the city. All around are full with nice cafes and restaurants. Easy walking distance to all main locations of the city. 5 minutes walking distance to Metro station. The room we stayed was very clean, large, and had a modern design. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Desventajas: The hotel is different. On street level you enter a shop selling mattresses, pillows Not easy to recognize that it s a hotel entrance. Then you go down one floor to find a reception desk. The hotel doesn't have a lobby, which I didn't like. The breakfast area is also in the same floor with reception, that is floor -1 and is small and tight and a bit dark. I would much prefer to have that excellent breakfast in the roof (airy and bright), instead of basement. Our room was big, with high ceilings, with modern design, but somehow not so handy. Our bathroom was dark too.

Ventajas: Alojamiento recién abierto. Súper limpio, precioso, tranquilo ... No se puede pedir mas. Hasta te traen el desayuno a la habitación. Personal muy amable. No está en la ciudad, pero es fácil de encontrar. Y está en pleno campo, entre naranjos. Muy muy recomendable

Desventajas: La Luz de emergencia q está encendida por la noche en el salón de la habitación es muy fuerte y molesta si alguien duerme en uno de los sofás-cama

The staff is the best, 10 points! -------------------------------------------------------------------- La pasamos hermoso y el hotel y su gente colaboró en que nuestra estadía en Atenas fuera perfecta. Estefanía, Ángela, y el resto del staff son gente increíble. Felicitaciones por el hermoso concepto que pregonan y respetan en el hotel y por la calidez que le impregnan teniendo en cuenta cada detalle en la atención de sus huéspedes.

Desventajas: Although I did not spend much time in my room, I missed a daylight. It is a pity they change you the towels even if you don't place them in the special basket for dirty towels.

Ventajas: El hotel está bien ubicado y está muy limpio. Las habitaciones diseñadas con estilo y el desayuno variado y muy rico. Pero lo que más nos llamó la atención fue la amabilidad del personal. Especialmente la chica del desayuno. ¡Esto hace que la estancia sea mucho mejor aún!

Desventajas: La habitación tenía muy poca iluminación y se salía todo el agua de la ducha. Algunos colgadores del baño se soltaban y resultaba algo incómodo.

Ventajas: La atención de los chicos en recepcion, muy amables y con disposición de que estés a gusto y tengas toda la información que necesites El hotel es singular, porque está en una tienda de colchones de lujo y decoración modernas. Al llegar no parece un hotel, eso me gustó por la originalidad. Las habitaciones son de diseño, con buenísimos colchones, un lujo,! carta de almohadas, detalles como albornoz, zapatillas y bebida gratis . Está bien situado en una zona residencial con muchas tiendas, estaurantes, y muy buen ambiente. Y cerca del metro, la pza syntagama estaba cerca andando, y arriba el monte Licabeto. Me gustó mucho la zona.

Desventajas: El desayuno. La zona del comedor era pequeña y el desayuno normal, salvo que el zumo naranja era natural, cosa ya difícil de encontrar, parecía que le molestase a la chica pedir otro. Pedí algo de la cocina varias veces y nunca llego. Las chicas deberían mejorar.

Ventajas: El personal era muy agradable. La habitación está bien equipada.

Desventajas: La habitación estaba enfrente de la recepción del hotel, así que era muy ruidosa.

Ventajas: Nice location, close to tube station but would find another property due to the below.

Desventajas: I stayed at this property in October 2019 for 7 nights and I would advise anyone looking to book this property to strongly avoid. We checked in as 4 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7 around 5pm on the 20th October. We went straight out to dinner that evening after a long flight, and then back to the hotel at 9pm and straight to bed. The following morning, the maid came to clean the room; she went straight to the bathroom and immediately accused us of making extensive damage to the bathroom door. This wasn’t simple damage; the whole of the bathroom framing had come off. I made it very clear we had just checked in, and this damage was already there; I asked them to check all the bins so they could see what we hadn’t disposed of any bathroom framing given we literally checked in. During the course of the week, the Manager kept on accusing us despite us being clear it wasn’t us and the staff became incredibly rude and aggressive to the point where my parents became scared to stay alone in the hotel room (70 years plus). There was only one decent reception man who told us he believed we didn’t make the damage and that it was already there. Their accusations ruined our holiday as they said they would charge us 500 euros. We were then told that the matter was closed, that they do not hold our bank details on file and no further charges would be made. We returned home, and they had charged us £85 for this damage. I contacted them to ask them why they charged us and they are refusing to reply. I have complained via booking.com and also my bank who are treating this as fraud and have subsequently cancelled my bank card. This is very time consuming and stressful, and not what you want after a holiday. I would strongly avoid this hotel, and if you decide to still book, ensure at the time of checking in, you go around with the reception staff and take pictures of each and every room so you cannot be accused of causing damage you did not make. Ventajas: Todo. Apartamento de dos habitaciones con dos baño y salón con cocina moderno y grande. Además terraza amplia. Piscina en la planta octava para pegarse un remojón y buenas vistas. Además parking en sotano estupendo y nos dejaron tener el coche de alquiler hasta la tarde del día que saliamos.

Desventajas: Male front of house seemed a little distant and unhelpful. Female front of house was lovely and answered any questions. Didn’t want to ask the male as felt as though we were bothering him. Gym is small and pool has a good view.

Ventajas: Apartamento muy amplio (3 dormitorios, 2 baños y 1 aseo), nuevo, dotado de todos los servicios y excelente estado de limpieza. Recepción en el propio edifico con atención las 24 horas y garaje. Situado a 150 m de la estación de Metro Metaxourghio de la línea 2, directa a plaza Sintagma (3 estaciones). La instalación dispone de piscina al aire libre, y los apartamentos de terraza muy amplia, calefacción y aire acondicionado.

Ventajas: Principalmente la ubicación, comodidad de la habitación y vista. Nuestro balcón daba directo a la Acrópolis. Está en el corazón de Plaka! El chico que nos recibió muy gentil, preocupado.. quedamos muy agradecidos y podríamos volver al mismo hotel.

Desventajas: Lo único que podría señalar es la subida por la escalera. Muy larga! De todas formas quien nos recibió “Panos” fue muy gentil y nos ayudó con todo el equipaje. No es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida... de no ser así, no tendrán ningún problema! Pasamos días increíbles..

Ventajas: Muy céntrico, formidable trato del establecimiento. Cocina con algo de comida y bebidas gratis las 24h.

Desventajas: Desayuno un poco pobre pero bien resuelto.

Desventajas: El desayuno era una farsa. Tenias que ascender por una escalera labeyrintica a un Rincón donde supuestamente tenias desayuno, al llegar alli a primera hora la sorpresa era que no habia apenas nada de lo poco en lo que consistía el desayuno, luego venia la aventura de bajar las escaleras con la bandeja para comer sobre las sabanas de tu habitación ya que no hay ningún tipo de mobiliario habilitado para ello. En resumen, una vergüenza. Se lo dijimos pero no mostraron mucho interés por solucionarlo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño con todos los acabados en pintura, solado de la ducha incluido no parece muy higenico. Una decepción. No volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos.

Ventajas: Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and very accommodating.Our family had 5 of the rooms. The location was terrific, so close to everything. Great restaurants just a few feet away. We asked for a taxi to pick us up at 4:30 am and they called and scheduled that for us. We asked directions to the beach and Nicoletta, walked us to the metro station, showed us how to get a public bus ticket, THEN she walked us to the bus stop and made sure we knew where to get off the bus and which stop to use going and coming. What an angel!! Wonderful customer service. We loved the balcony. The whole place was quaint and charming.

Desventajas: We did ask for a fan and they were unable to provide one. We like a fan to circulate air and provide white noise. It would have been nice to have but we managed without one.

Ventajas: The Palladian home was in a great location close to Syntagma Square and Monastiraki station. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants and has tremendous views of the Acropolis. Our room was on the second floor and was a decent size for the price paid with air conditioning and free WiFi. The breakfast had a great and varied cold selection with just a few hot items available. During the day there was free coffee available in the breakfast mezzanine. The staff were lovely and helpful and I particularly enjoyed being asked at breakfast time if they could organise anything for the upcoming day.

Ventajas: We stay here for four nights in the deluxe suite with acropolis view!! The location is perfect!!! Easy to walk to many popular places!!The bed is very comfortable!!! The staff is very helpful , polite and friendly!! I would stay here again and recommend this place

Ventajas: The location is perfect. Very convenient. You can go to Kolonaki, or Pagkrati to all the nice bars and restaurants, without the need to take a car or taxi.

Desventajas: The room was not so big, and my personal opinion is that could be better in terms of decoration. There was also a fried food smell from the nearby restaurants, it was not possible to sit outside in the balcony.

Ventajas: Spectacular Views of the Acropolis from my room and the Rooftop Bar/Restaurant. Great Olympic Sized Pool, exceptional Gym and Spa. The Executive Level Rooms were well worth it, with the included access to the Exec Lounge and dedicated Desk.

Desventajas: Food was expensive at rooftop restaurant but well worth it - the same cannot be said for breakfast - €35/head is astronomical for a buffet breakfast that was average.

Ventajas: Spacious room with balcony and Akropolis monument view. On the one of top floors there is restaurant and bar with terrace also with view on Akropolis. Room and hotel at all was clean. Staff was kind and willing to help with any request. Hotel is loacated just few MRT stops from ancient and nowadays centre as well so getting there by a walk and back to the hotel in not a long distance.

Desventajas: Hotel staff tried to walk into my room at the end of my stay first through the main door and then through an adjoining room door. My room was never called and they never asked if I was still in the room. All of this occurred while I was trying to shower.

Ventajas: muy práctico para los sitios, cerca del autobús del aeropuerto y el desayuno del metro era bueno

Desventajas: Las alfombras de los pasillos estaban manchadas, así como la habitación y las cortinas estaban marcadas,

Ventajas: La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Está justo en el medio de la mayoría de las atracciones principales. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Desventajas: La ducha era un poco pequeña en mi habitación, y la cama era un poco demasiado firme, pero aparte de eso es un hotel excelente.

Ventajas: La habitación muy bien para el precio. El personal atento y amable. La ubicación en Atenas, perfecta.

Desventajas: Todo bien.

Ventajas: La ubicación céntrica aunque la proximidad de la plaza Sintagma con protestas casi a diario pueden dificultar el acceso de los taxis.

Desventajas: Cambian el wifi a diario y se desconecta el servicio con frecuencia. No tiene salones ni zona de estar y el bar y la cafetería son muy pequeños y limitados.

Desventajas: Air-condition is not working due to a little cold outside, I can understand that we have to open the window to let the cold come inside but a lot of noise, some mosquito or small insect come inside also that I can't sleep too much.

Ventajas: The location was excellent, walking distance from most sights and with good view of the parliament building from our rooms and the acropolis from the rooftop terrace. The staff were very helpful, especially the barman working over Christmas, and the receptionist who checked us in on arrival. The hotel was very cosy, quiet and relaxed.

Desventajas: No negative comments - we loved it and plan to come back again!

Ventajas: Breakfast was good.

Desventajas: No power sockets near night stands for charging mobile devices. Light switches with no function. No heating in bathroom (unpleasantly cold!). WIFI was embarrassing slow, barely 2mb down and up - not able to connect to any home services through tablet (watching some Netflix at night).

Ventajas: Outstanding breakfast. Perfect location - close to transportation and neighborhood packed with restaurants.

Desventajas: La ducha de hidromasaje era demasiado estrecha y difícil de soportar para tomar una ducha. A pesar de que estábamos en una planta de no fumadores podíamos severamente oler el humo de las habitaciones contiguas. Nos quejamos del olor a tabaco y sólo nos dijo "lo siento".

Ventajas: El personal era extremadamente cálido, amable y servicial. Hubo un problema al hacer el check-in, encontrar nuestra reserva, y no se saltaron nada para acomodarnos mientras se resolvió. El desayuno era espectacular, la habitación y el baño eran exactamente lo que estábamos buscando después de un día muy ocupado. El servicio de transporte más cercano a la ciudad fue de gran ayuda.

Desventajas: El hotel está un poco lejos de las zonas en las que queríamos estar, pero el servicio de transporte resolvió la mayoría de nuestras preocupaciones.

Ventajas: Todo el mundo era tan agradable. La persona que nos atendió cuando nos registramos fue excelente. Aunque nos marchábamos a las 3 de la mañana antes del desayuno, nos dijeron que llamáramos al servicio de habitaciones, que tenían el desayuno preparado para nosotros cuando queríamos o que iban a preparar un desayuno para llevar. ¡fueron muy complacientes!

Ventajas: The room was great. I was bumped up to a deluxe king, and the apartment was hue and everything was nice. Bed was great, bathroom was large with good toiletries, although it had a shower/tub combo. I didn't want to leave the room!

Desventajas: The hotel is a bit out of the way, the neighborhood isn't the greatest.

Desventajas: price gouging. a can of coke 7.50 Euro which equates to 11 Canadian dollars. 10.50 euro for a san pellegrino 250ml bottle which is $15 cdn I appreciate they have a captive audience but this is obscene

Ventajas: If you walk up the hill you come to one of the main squares where access to everything is easy. Staff helped with travel advice, recommending attractions etc. Clean spacious basic rooms.

Desventajas: Hotel is very close to a particularly rough part of athens. Poor drainage of wetroom meant water leaked into bedroom (staff made aware).

Ventajas: La habitación era muy cómoda y estaba muy limpia. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check in. Personal del hotel muy amables. Muy buena relación calidad precio.

Desventajas: El barrio en el que está situado está céntrico pero algunas calles colindantes no son recomendables por la noche. La habitación daba a un patio interior en el que había bastante ruido de sistemas de aire pero al ser un quinto piso no nos molestó, pero en el primer piso debe de ser molesto. Había gente fumando en las escaleras.

Ventajas: El desyuno es de los mejores que he visto, y tienen una máquina de zumo de naranja natural con " barra libre "- La ubicación es muy buena , céntrico, y muy cercano al museo de arqueologia . Las recepcionistas son muy eficientes , te ayudan en todo lo posible. La televisión permite manejar youtube , internet , es una pasada! Mención especial para una chica que además de guapa sabe hablar español y es super eficiente. Gracias. La tablet que controla los parámetros de la habitación es una chulada.

Desventajas: La habitación no tiene armarios, se nos hizo complicado ordenar nuestras pertenencias.

Ventajas: El trato de la recepcionista Iliana fue excelente, nos ayudo mucho durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad. El hotel es impecable y muy bien situado. Muy buena comida en el desayuno y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Ventajas: This hotel is 300m from Omonoia Metro station. That is a Metro hub. Very convenient location. Rainshower is good. Fresh orangejuice at breakfast. Coffee from the machine was good. Nice view from the roof.

Desventajas: The rooms are to small. The main reason is the 2m x 2m bed. This takes away space to walk or to stand. The smartroom is operated by a tablet. Not the best experience. Breakfast is not a feast. Hairs in the bathroom. Staff shows it is just a job...

Desventajas: Had a room with street-view & the noise at night was really loud - very badly isolated. Only stayed for 2 nights, so I figured I’d live with it. Breakfast was pretty poor in diversity & quality.

Ventajas: A very clean hotel, in all the places I visited personally. Sufficiently spacious and quiet room, rich breakfast. Very helpful staff, smiling and eager to serve. The location was great for my visit, relatively close to the city center and within easy reach.
