Ventajas: Absolutamente todo, personal de recepción, de restauración, todo el elenco del hotel. Ha sido todo amabilidad. ¡¡¡Gracias!!!

Ventajas: From beginning to the end our stay at this hotel was wonderful. My husband booked it as a present for my 60th birthday, which on the day we arrived. Right away the staff at reception wished me a happy birthday. We were even upgraded to a sea view room. The hotel is well situated to the Marina and is on the sea front. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we had a cooked breakfast every morning , I can thoroughly recommend the omelette. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and we even had free use of the spa facilities.

Ventajas: Baño excepcional, cama enorme y cómoda. El personal increíblemente amable y el mejor buffet desayuno que he probado.

Ventajas: Everything! Also the service was excellent! I forgot one of my bags, but was already on the airport. There was no time left for me to go back. They arranged for me that one of the employees brought it to me very rapidly. So I both could catch my plane and I had my bag with important things in it. Isn't that wonderful?

Desventajas: Nothing.

Ventajas: La extraordinaria acogida del personal y la maravillosa atención que te prestan durante toda la estancia. El hotel es fabuloso , coqueto, limpio,silencioso, en primera línea del Mediterraneo, con unas habitaciones amplias e impecables, llenas de detalles. El comedor y la terraza anexa son impagables. El nivel de la restauración magnífico, incluido el servicio de habitaciones y el desayuno a la carta. Es el mejor cinco estrellas de los que he visitado en diversos lugares del mundo. Los habrá más caros y lujosos pero no mejores, porque el personal de Aleysa es el más formado, profesional y amable que he conocido. En definitiva nuestro hotel de referencia.

Desventajas: Nada, todo fue perfecto

Ventajas: La limpieza , la amplitud, que funcionara la vitroceramica muy bien , buena ubicacion, facil de encontrar y el parking mug util.

Desventajas: El thermo electrico, tener que bañarse a toda velocidad porque el agua sale templada. Los amenties estaban vacios. Tampoco nos fueron imprescindibles pero me llamo la atencion.

Ventajas: Great apartment would definitely return. Fluffy towels and toilet roll supplied. Large bed extremely comfortable. Large fridge and freezer. Whilst the pool wasn’t open as we were there in December it looked very inviting and was extremely clean. The caretaker for the apartment block was always about cutting grass putting up Christmas decorations etc. WiFi is great. Brilliant view.

Desventajas: The big bedroom needs a mirror over the dressing table and a hairdryer which can be used in the bedroom because other person can’t shower or use toilet when one is drying hair and putting on makeup. There is some road noise but was quiet during the night. Small bedroom would need a mirror too.

Ventajas: The location is fantastic. Very central. 5 mintue walk to the beach. Right in the main road with lots of bars, resturants and buses. But still very quite in your room. Amazing views!

Ventajas: The property was easily and well located, spacious, with good amenities. The balcony faces south west and had sun all day, with amazing views! There were comfy chairs and a canopy should you want it. The apartment had heating/air con. We didn’t cook whilst we were there but had everything if we wanted to. In the kitchen was already washing up liquid and a cloth/towels as well as a washing machine. The towels provided were among the most luxurious I’ve ever been provided. And that includes in 5* hotels! Raquel on reception was very helpful and offered us to keep our room late on departure day - until teatime if needed, which was very helpful as we were on a late flight. These apartments were very good value at the time of our stay (early Dec). I hadn’t realised on booking that the gym is 80 yards down the road however that wasn’t on my to do list this time if I’m honest!! I would highly recommend this apartment to couples and families alike and will be doing so. Would be very happy to stay again.

Ventajas: We stay here each time we visit. The well kept, comfortable, clean self catering apartments are in a quiet residential block in a very convenient location. The facilities are excellent, an added bonus is a washing machine! The staff are always helpful and welcoming. The apartment is cleaned every 3 days, a card is posted through the door with an appointment time. This suits us perfectly. We always have a wonderful, relaxing time here and are really looking forward to our next stay in February!

Desventajas: Nothing really. The washing machine was old and didn't spin very well, but that is a very minor point. The apartments are right next to a busy road. This is not a problem for us out of season, but I would suspect it could get very noisy during popular, peak times as there are also a few bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity too. Many of these are closed for the winter though when we visit so it doesn't affect us at all.

Ventajas: Local is brilliant for all the places we like to visit, good facilities at the property and a good sized pool.

Desventajas: Would have been good to have more English speaking channels on the TV.

Ventajas: Our room flooded out 3 days in a row. And the smell off raw sewage and drains was disgusting we went to reception and complained numerous times room flooded 3 days in row resulting in soaking our clothes we had infestation of ants

Desventajas: See above. We should be refunded. We were given a room that shouldn’t be sold to customers reception staff knew all these faults happen in this room as we spoke to other guests We are family with disabled daughter who was upset at all the bad things on this room

Desventajas: Room flooded all 3 days we were there. We had ants in our room and the foul smell of the drains were disgusting we had disabled daughter with us which upset her. All our clothes were soaked as bath water leaked from floor and filled apartment. Reception staff know about this room as other guests we spoke to had same experience in that room.

Ventajas: Exceptionally clean & well equipped- great location & good facilities

Desventajas: We’ve been coming here on & off for 10 years now so we were really disappointed when we asked for a 30 minute extension to our check out time to be told they’d have to charge us. Particularly shortsighted especially when we had a child with us, it was pouring with rain & we just needed the extra half hour to make some arrangements.

Desventajas: Salida tal vez algo temprana teniendo en cuenta la temporada

Ventajas: Las vistas, el equipamiento de la cocina, la actitud ecologista de los servicios, el personal de las habitaciones muy amable, servicial, con ganas de agradar.

Desventajas: El ruido de una caja de luces. Por la noche lo oigo irremediablemente.

Ventajas: A very good location just on the sea, a lot of piscine outside and one inside, breakfast so generous also the buffet of dinner and lunch. They organise a lot of activities you don’t have time to be bored

Ventajas: Me gustó mucho la ubicación, las vistas y las instalaciones.

Ventajas: Habitacion renovada, amplia y limpia. Si vas con familia y quieres actividades parece que hay muchas cosas organizadas en el hotel. Cena de Halloween.

Desventajas: Muchisima gente en el buffet pero es algo nor Al en este tipo de complejos.

Ventajas: La limpieza, amplitud y vistas de las habitaciones

Desventajas: Q en la media pensión te cobren las bebidas básicas y el precio de todo lo q no esté incluido, ejemplo, una Coca Cola de las máquinas expendedoras del hotel 2 euros y una caña en el bar 2,20

Ventajas: La ubicación es insuperable

Desventajas: La saturación, entrar a la 14:00 horas y salir a las 10:00 no puedes disfrutar el fin de semana, encima estuvimos 1 hora y media para hacer el chek in.

Ventajas: The hotel so clean, amazing food, great place for kids and staff were so friendly

Desventajas: The pools water is too cold they should do something about that

Ventajas: Everything really, the location, the views, the food. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The pools are great, the garden is well looked after. You can park your car in the underground garage for free, this is very positive. Food is delicious and great variety, we could always choose something we like.

Desventajas: We picked the half-board option, so we had breakfast and dinner. You have to pay for the drinks át dinner, no problem with this but the system you pay for the drinks is a bit complicated. You get a paper at the entrance of the restaurant which shows your room number. The waiters write your order on this piece of paper, then when you leave the restaurant you pay for your drinks. This means that there are queues at the exit. This could be simplified, just write the amount to the room and pay at checkout.

Ventajas: Todo, es un hotel ESPECTACULAR. Volvería mil veces.

Ventajas: The facilities are great. There is a lot of sun beds and space around the 6 pools. The rooms are newly renovated and look the same as the photos. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are incredibly efficient in keeping the hotel clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner quite good. The animation team did the shows also. They did a brilliant Halloween show.

Desventajas: The hotel lacked a bit heart /spirit. The staff were not very forthcoming with conversation or information. At the mini club, the children spent a lot of time colouring pictures. It was a bit sparse or not particularly engaging.
